I really appreciate all the empathy guys. I was pretty shocked. I'm just as shocked what they're doing about it. Impressive!

Me too baker, I'm sorry for your bad experience. Some shippers can literally play football with packages. Most survive some don't. From the look of your photo, it appears that box wasn't properly packed. JMO Maybe you're due for some good luck now...

omg, I'm so sorry! I can't stand disappointment like that. It will be great if they can get it sorted out, but I have to say that kind of makes me wonder about that supplier. If it is truly something that happened in the mail, that's one thing. But I would think that a company filling an order for a $60 can of snus may be a bit more careful in packaging.

I hope no one else who ordered from getsnus has a similar package arrive.

Maybe they ran out of smaller boxes, or thought everything was tight when it left.

My stomach kinda ached when I saw snus sticking to the tape on the outside before I opened it.

I trust getsnus will try to sort it out. If all I get is a refund I'm only out my time and a weeks worth of childish anticipation.

I had a bad day at work today too, so was really looking forward to something nice when I got home.

I got an email from BobL. He feels my pain. Seems to be a sincere guy. He feels bad. I hope he can replace it. If he can Skruf or not I'll throw more orders his way for sure.

Nothing is salvageable. That picture is exactly what I saw when I opened the box and lifted up the papers.

I called..... They were sympathetic and apologetic.

Refund.


I want Kardus.
