1st of all - snus is basically water and salt (similar to chicken broth) so I'd say that qualifies as a part of your dietary requirements, but I'm no doctor! Secondly, my wimpy Mom survived the procedure and laughed about how big of a deal she made of it, so if she can do it, you can too! I hope the procedure goes smoothly, pun totally intended.

Ive had a CT scan with contrast before, had to insert a bag into my asshole and filll it with half a gallon of liquid. Not fun to say the least.

However, they have a new laxative that they give you instead of the giant jug. Now they have a couple pills they give you and a smaller jug, which is supposedly better on your stomach. The big ass jug just makes you bloated as hell and feeling like shit.

lmao that is too funny.. yeah I figure they'll have a few jokes at my expense but if I'm asleep and stay asleep they can make all the jokes they want as long as it goes smoothly (no pun intended).

The vicodin may be counterproductive to your colon cleansing as constipation can be a side effect. Immodium Ad is actually a very low dose narcotic from the opiate family.

I actually asked my doctor what were the signs of colon cancer, when he was trying to talk me into it. He said "weight loss" so I figured I was safe because even though I diet and exercise, I still can't lose any weight! LOL.

I am the same way. I figure if I start having rapid weight loss I will hold out until I get to a reasonable weight and THEN go in to the doc.

I agree about the too rich, but after seeing PP's model post I have re-evaluated too thin lol
