Same here, LX. I prefer cold weather, much more than 90F hot humid days. You can dress for cold weather. I prefer summer vacations in Alaska or northern Ontario, to winter vacations in Florida. I'd miss snow and breathing cold air too much, to actually live in a tropical climate.

For danger in Australia, I think you only have to go out for a walk. Most of their nature is hostile to your existence, and avoiding it would be a nice challenge :^D

Still here bud, just been busy lately is all. I'm going to be in Australia in a couple of weeks, so I'm preparing for that as well.
