    I used to do my orders through here at Snuson.com and every order arrived on the 11th day like clockwork.Last email I got from Northerner said my last order was shipped out exactly like it had with Snuson.com and they are sorry for the delay and could be any day now.Really reassuring that is,any day like this year or next year?Judging from comments on their facebook page we ain't the only ones,heh.Another thing too is they upped the price on everything,used to get Stoker's Butternut big bags for $7 and change now their charging 9.63 euros with converts to $12.53.Hoping to find another company that ships here to Ireland thats cheaper but it's slim pickins when it comes to chewing tobacco to Europe other than Northerner.Will either have to quit or switch to snus,both of which I ain't looking forward to heh.

    It's been less than a month since the website change. I think some people have gotten snus, but they don't get as much attention as the ones who didn't. I dunno what's going on with them, but communication has always been sparse. There really isn't enough information to determine what the future holds, but if they don't get their shit together, it won't be bright.

    Actually I'm starting to suspect that northerner won't be delivering on their orders. Surely by now they would have come on here and reassured us properly if it was only suffering from a temporary website glitch. It was almost 2 months ago for gods sake!

    I think that Northerner are probably in dire trouble and can't handle the customer service because they are about to go under taking our money with them.

    How else are we sensibly expected to interpret what's been going on since the start of September?

    i ordered 7 cans from northerner over a week ago. long story short, i have had a ticket open with them since then. they keep telling me to change my billing address and in three replies i told them it has been in their db since before i ordered. i even have a screen shot of it in there. it's like talking to a wall. i've been ordering from northerner for 6-8 years. ive had many issues but this one is more frustrating than any other time. it seriously seems like they are hunting for reasons not to send my order. if anyone ever opens an online shop in the states northerner may as well shut down that day.

    It's like paying someone to punch you in the face, then going around telling everyone that it really hurts to get punched in the face and it's not fair that you got hurt like that.

    If any of you are still on the fence about who to order from, and you're uncomfortable paying $32 for shipping, ask yourself these questions: 1) are you ordering enough snus that the price-per-can, after shipping, is something you are comfortable with? Personally, I think $3 per can is a great price, and you really don't have to order that much to get there. 2) Is that Pioneer, or your loyalty to Northerner, or the cheaper shipping worth waiting 2 to 6 weeks for your snus when you could have it in 72 hours using a different distributor? 4) If taxes are the issue, would you rather deal with delay, disaster, and utterly piss-poor customer service ALL YEAR LONG, or would you rather go online in April, print out your order history, and spend 15 minutes filling out an extra tax form in exchange for a year's worth of lightning-fast snus delivery and exceptional customer service?

    I am curious about the replies to this. I am genuinely baffled why anyone in this country would say to themselves: "gee, all my last orders from Northerner have been severely delayed, and everyone on Snuson posts a weekly horror story about dealing with them, but I'd better not use anyone else this time and stick with good ol' Northerner, I'm sure they will eventually get it right and someday show that they care about their customers"....

    That's it for my rant I guess. BuLLitz, I'm really not directing anything negative toward you brother, sorry to throw this rant up in response to your thread. I'm sorry that happened to you, it totally sucks. I am also on the left coast and buysnus gets my snus to my door typically 60 hours after I order it. Every 6th roll is half price. That is my suggestion. Peace.

    Well here is my rant. When I did order from Northerner's US warehouse (I am in Canada) , I have not received the order until 5 weeks later, and some of the cans were expired. I order from Northerner and Buysnus usually ( both in Europe ). Never had a problem with buysnus, but I did have another problem with Northerner on this order. On their website ( the day before they took it down ), I added a can of Jackobsson's Mint to the cart. When I checked the invoice, it magically transformed into Melon. When I contacted them, they responded by saying that I DID add the melon....

    I didn't log in to any user when I ordered. But the e-mail I got just now was a standard invoice saying this:
    "Your order has been refunded since we are not allowed to ship these products to your destination. A technical problem mad it possible for you to place this order. We are sorry about this."

    I didn't order any Jaks/V2/Odens, so I don't see what they would be shipping.

    They have refunded you for the stuff they can't send you, but will send you the snus in your order that is able to be shipped to you. Check the order and the shipped tab and it will tell you what was shipped, then hit refunds and you will see whats been refunded.
