    I placed an order late September and got charged on October 3rd. I was charged 142,06 EUR according to my e-bank statement.

    On the 16th I get an e-mail saying they could not process my order as I was somehow able to order products they cannot ship to me. That sure took them a while to decide, but fair game. They then refund me 105,18 EUR.

    What the hell!

    Does Anyone know à website where I can order dip? And where they ship to europe?

    Man northerner really shat the bed this time. You know what would REALLY help? If they put up an explanation and some kind of reassuring statement on their website! They could also come HERE and respond directly to all of these customers they are losing! Shit, don't they still foot the bill for this place?? I am truly astounded. They are slowly committing suicide right before our eyes. Even if they are gearing up for a major announcement concerning the EU, which I somehow anticipate, they are Really going about it the wrong way. Are you reading this Northerner? No? Why not? You are really shitting all over your customers in a brown watery deluge and not even caring. A business ain't a business without customers, it's an expensive hobby. Pull your head out of your ****ing ass, Northerner. Seriously. This is suicide.

    Thats exactly what they told me, bla bla about regular mail. Im so ****ing upset now..so much money to that ****ing shop for nothing. I whish they could stay in front of me now those ****ing animals

    She told me that my order was shipped for 10 days ago. But i think she lies. Because first time i ordered from them, for maybe 3 weeks ago, my order changed to "Shipped" after 2 days, and that order arrived well. My order now is still "Complete" from the first day i ordered it.

    ****ing shop and i will never ever order from them again..no one should do it!

    After the revamp of the Northerner's web page, and the STEEP increase of shipping cost I chose snus central and I will not use anyone else now. And for the record the Northerner's new site sucks.

    With northerner typically "fresh" snus is about 1 - 2 months to expiry (out of 5 orders placed so far), with this new order only 2 cans out of 26 expire this year (Dec) the rest is out to Feb - March of next year. Now that's fresh!

    The shipping used to be reasonable. Now Northerner wants over 50 bucks for ~ 25 cans. With Snus central it was 36 USD which made my day. Paying less for General per roll was just an added bonus.

    Send a support ticket with Northerner, Amy is a fantastic person to deal with and is quite excellent in the customer service department. She is one of the reasons that I placed a second order after the first screw up. Its unfortunate in today's world that excellent customer service is rare, so I value that almost exclusively above price. Almost that is, with a 100% hike in shipping cost and a crappy web page it did drive me away.

    I hope they are paying attention and correct their faults, as this is the only way I will come back as a customer.

    Yep. No discount on the sixth roll at SC but otherwise they are just as good and sometimes a tad cheaper
