I just think that we should be protected under the law from predatory companies p*ssing all over us like Northerner continue to do.
We are all free to choose who we buy all our services from ... but in the day of the internet, ordering online from other countries means we are not properly protected and companies such as Northerner know this full well and behave disgracefully as a consequence.
My advice is simply just don't order from this discredited company ... let them shrivel and die. They owe me hundreds of pounds and show no interest at all in resolving the situation.

They represent the worst thing about capitalism in one neat package ... at it's best, capitalism is the freedom to provide a good service for which you make your money on the mark-up ... at it's worst the company you are trying to do business with sees you as a sucker - and will try and fleece you for more money than you owe them and fob you off with bad products and their non-existant customer service is only there to make you give up trying to get the money back from them because you have better things to do with your time ... Northerner is that kind of company I'm afraid!
All you apologists for Northerner's behaviour should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves ... they may have sorted out their affairs and now are supplying orders better than they were ... but they have actively avoided even engaging with us few who were completely shafted for significant amounts of money and settling with us ... they have made it as hard as is humanly possible for us to get any kind of reconciliation.
The fact is that Northerner has no moral founding - they are an immoral organisation - verging on the criminal in my opinion ... and if you let them get away with treating us like s**t then when they turn bad again and you're the one losing massive amounts of money .... you are you're own fool as we've all been warning you.

Sorry to hear that Owens. Hard to armchair quarterback without knowing the details, but it seems like some money would fix a lot of the problems. Make things right with the people that lost stuff, and run some good specials. Take a loan out if need be... Dunno. Pissing off old customers usually isn't the best tactic, though it'll sometimes work if you can get enough new customers, and keep them.

i had a grip of bonus points saved up on GetSnus. Then they got rid of the points system, with the promise we would be reimbursed for our points. It's been over a year now, my points are still gone, they will not answer my emails, and now GetSnus is completely gone, along with my account. Those ****s will never see a dime of my money again. I used to order all of my snus from them too, both at Getsnus and the main site. Big loss for them money-wise. Shady asshat bastards......
