And frankly I don't think there should be a requirement that you were born here, only a requirement that you lived here for most of your life to the point where you understand what being american means. We can't be "the nation of immegrant" and then only allow "pure blood" americans to participate in public office. I think the whole thing is archaic and has no place in the modern way of doing things.
Roo wasn't born here, he can't be president, do we want to be excluding good americans from being able to run? I do not.
