She tried the Java this afternoon and said it was good, but left a strong coffee after-taste.
She likes the Wintergreen best, so next week, I'll be picking up a few boxes.

    OK ... it's been over a month..

What's the current state of affairs??

    Inquiring minds yada yada...

This is pretty much it, unfortunately.

She still uses them, but mostly at work when she can't smoke. She doesn't really smoke much when she's at home, so I haven't been able to convince her to use them instead.

I'll keep working on it and keep you posted.

Pretty much the early stages with her at this point.

Just keep the Stonewalls handy around the house (they're cheap enuff
and they don't go bad) in the event she decides she might occasionally
              swing that way.

No reason to push or rush things. If they help her at work that's at
least a small victory for her which could lead her to a major victory!

                Great update.

This past Tuesday, my wife called from work and said she was done. She had a smoke before she left for work, and just said she was tired of it.

She's been using her Stonewall all week and is currently on her 4th day without smokes.

                I'm very proud of her.

Good for her! I'm proud of her too, because I also know how hard it is. It still bothers me when I'm driving home from work and see someone in a car smoking, but I just pop a portion in and I'm all set. :-)

Yeah, I just decided not to pressure her about it. She used her Stonewalls at work and went outside a few times after she got home to smoke.

She doesn't plan on using the Stonewalls for too long. She wants to quit everything. I told her that would be great, but not to rush it. Just use the Stonewalls as long as she feels comfortable.

The stonewalls can at least put a dent in a craving. I can see someone using them to cut down on cigarettes or maybe transition off of them.

                        Congratulations, MUI and nameless spouse.

A suggestion: When she decides to 'quit everything', at least try to
have her keep some Stonewalls handy both at home and at work for
those tempting backsliding days. We know what those days can be
like; at least Stonewalls can be a sweet indulgence (kinda like
chewing gum or candy, but less calories) ... and they won't go
stale as long as they remain hermetically sealed!

Well, it's been a week and a half and she's still plugging away on the Stonewalls.

She'll hit the two week mark on Tuesday.

Good for her for sticking with it and good for you for being there for her.
