I ended up having to restart a second batch of seeds. My first batch of soil didn't hold enough moisture.
I bought a 72 compartment Jiffy-Pot.
I had two many seeds in each peat pellet and didn't thin them out as fast as I should. So this is slowing down growth.
I bought some styrofoam cups, used my Dremel to cut some drainage holes.
I've transplanted 36 of the 72 peat pellets and managed to get 50+ plants, I still need to transplant the other 36 peat pellets.
I used Miracle grow potting mix for the transplant into the styrofoam cups. Once they get into the Miracle grow they start growing much faster than in peat, so I advise people not to wait too long to get them into soil.
A good number of my plants have 6"+ leaves and are spending 24 hours a day outside but I can't get them out in full direct sunlight yet.
Daytime temps get up to 90+ degrees and leaves will start to wilt. Probably too much water in the leaves?
Once they get hardy enough for fulltime sunlight, I'll snap some pics.
