Stay away from Cherry and Berry..

Peach, Apple and Citrus are nice one in a while during the warm weather..

Vanilla, worth a try just because theres no other tobacco product flavored like it at all..

The Skoal Spearmint is a big thumbs up.

I am a little curious about the Vanilla.

What I am really liking, have some in now, is this Red Seal Natural Long Cut. Better than Longhorn, which isn't "bad". I'd say this Red Seal is like a cheaper Copenhagen LC, and on par with Skoal Classic.

Still have a Timberwolf Nat LC I haven't opened.

Never had Redseal, never even seen it on sale.. :? except for northerner.

Try the Vanilla, it tastes like slightly burnt Vanilla icing cake. Very unique, but a once in a while dip..

Hows the Skoal classic compare to the straight? I've tried to find classic around me but never no one seems to have it.

Well, the Skoal Classic was great. It reminded me of Copenhagen Snuff, not exactly maybe, but very close, but is Long Cut. Yes, I know there is a Copenhagen Long Cut, have an unopened can here, but haven't gotten to it. But yes, the Skoal Classic was great. This Red Seal Natural is very similar, maybe just a slight less good. Longhorn Nat LC eh, not as good, too salty. But doable.

Nasal snuff and dip do not mix well.

I just mixed an equal amount of Red Seal Natural, which I really like, with some Skoal Straight, which I really got tired of, and now, it's totally different, and really good. I think I'd do this again.

Tom, which dip have you determined to be the most easily 'pinchable'?

Well, I find all the LC I've had to be easily "pinchable".

Hmm, well, the Skoal Long Cut was easy, and I think the Grizzly Longcut was easy. The Longhorn Long Cut was doable. This is all I've had, oh the Red Seal Long Cut was easy. But as a newbie, my "pinching" is just grabing some out.

I usually buy the Redman Wintergreen when I run out of the offroad wg longcut. I might be the only person that actually likes the offroad wg over any american dip. The fire cured taste of American dip from what I have tried and the TSNA counts keep me pretty much away from being a regular user.

From the few dips I have tried over the last year.
Redman straight- Similar in flavor to the leaf but a little too much lobster/barbecue taste.

Redman WG- A old can will taste like crap but a fresh one is just fine.

Redman Natural Fine cut- Similar to Copenhagen original. STRONG nic hit.

Timberwolf Straight Longcut- Crap with lobster/barbecue flavor

Timberwolf WG Longcut- Just plain Crap with a slight WG flavor. Probably old can.

Copenhagen WG Longcut- Picked up about 10 cans in a Vegas booth over a few days to give to the guys at work. Saved one can for myself to try.
This stuff was the best out of anything I had ever tried American dipwise.

I really recommend trying the mix of natural and straight. It was really good. I have some Grizzly straight pouches, but I think I'm gonna open them up, and mix them with Timberwolf natural. But right now, I am on this can of Red Seal nat, and after that I wanna try this Cope Smooth Hickory.
