Hey Frank, How about Taboca AS? Will I still be able to buy Taboca or do I need to stock up now?

Yes only the brands will be available from Swedish Match, V2, Gotlands, TillCe and Skruf - all other brands including Taboca are prohibited to sell after the 22nd of June due to the new FDA legislation. They will be misbranded with a potential penalty fine of up to $15000 for each sold order.

Justin, I just snapped this pic this morning, it's the bottom of a General Mint can.

I know what the can says. And General Cigar owns Cigars International.
General Cigar's corporate office is in New Jersey but that does mean it warehoused and distributed it from there.
Just like all the goods you buy at the local WalMart say Distributed by: Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, Bentonville, AR.
You are crazy if you think everything that is distributed by Wal-Mart goes through the warehouses in Bentonville.
In the corporate world it doesn't make sense to have 2 seperate warehouses and chains of distribution if you can combine them.

I'm just trying to figure out how the sale of GetSnus to Northerner might affect the exisitng base of 600+ stores. Will Swedish Match service them seperately or reach some kind of agreement and dropship directly from Northerner.

If you check out V2's website, all shipments of V2 products in the US are handled through Northerner. The new Gotland's Wintergreen can says that it is now distributed by Northerner as well. I wonder if SM is watching to see how they do and then going from there.

Yes all people living outside the US will still be able to order from our US warehouse as before, but due to the FDA regulations for US import - only the brands that are registered with the FDA as I mentioned before.
