I ordered some snus from Northerner two weeks ago (the 6th) and I chose 24h UPS delivery with online tracking. I live in France.
I got a confirmation mail for the order; the online status says "shipped" on the 6th of january and my VISA account has been debited with the amount for the purchase, but I have still got no snus delivered at home two weeks later!
The NOrtherner hasn't given me any UPS order number that I can use for online tracking at UPSs site.
I have contacted Northerner 3 times by now, the first time over a week ago, but I still have no answer!
Firstly - has anyone got any experience with UPS deliveries at the Northerner (do the generally send UPS order IDs?) ?
Secondly - has someone had the same problem getting answer from their support?
