It is the HOW we are really addressing here, and you have, at least IMHO, thrown a great big temper tantrum over something that I think many of us just don't think is a big deal. So again yes, I understand why, just questioning the how a bit.

I agree but a certain someone here that still won't answer my PM and chose to throw gasoline on my fire on each and every legitimate issue I have raised with snus.com has pissed me off and in turn caused me to waste way more of my life on this issue than I had ever planned to. I won't mention his name, you can just scan back and follow the discussion(s) to figure that out.

Snus tin

Well i`m fed up Northerner......been waiting for a order from the 23rd of dec(ok was prepared to wait abit due to the Christmas holidays!)....(bank account debited 31st of dec).......only to find when i e-mailed on the 23rd jan it had been dicontinued(portion snus tin)...and would i like replacement ,which i did, ok second best los tin compared to what i wanted and had payed for !......was told i was sent a e-mail(lol) to say it was discontinued)...and to look in my spam tray.....low and behold nothing(hahaha) .........well they they put sent on the order the day after....
Was getting really fed-up as i hadn`t recieved the so called sent item......still nothing on the 5th feb.....e-mailed again....had a apology...and was told....it would sent by u.p.s express.......as i`d already payed for the service on my original order........as yet even today(8th jan)....have not got a u.p.s notification....so your guest is as good as mine as to wether its been sent...
I will not be dealing with Northerner.Com again.....its service is a bloody sham !!!!!!!.....and i personally know of three other people who have had problems with them in the last few months

Public retraction of bad mouthing of Northerner here.....finially got my tin today (15/2/10).....after shock of being handed it by the postie on the way out to work....and chatting to him....it seems it could be a postal problem.....so with eating of previous words all i can say is Many Thanks !!!! Northerner...expect my next order soon ....if you except it lol

For whatever it may be worth, it seems to me that over the past couple of years, a good number of the folks who end up losing their order from Northerner have used UPS as the shipping agent. Just my observation, and may or may not be the problem.
