    I don't know. I'm not sure what the goal would be, bitching about a problem that doesn't exist. All I have is his word, and his described chain of events. I looked at the form, and if it errored out saying he didn't duplicate his email, that could very well be a coding error someone overlooked.

    I just tested the comment form, and it is indeed broken. It wants a second email for confirmation, but one isn't provided.

    While ddragin may have been rash with accusations, his complaint seems legitimate.

      On site Northerner.com page CONTACT US is not working so you can not sending mail, and nowhere on site is written they e-mail.
      This poster is suspect and all of the rest of us know it. Why cater to him? This is nothing more than a tirade to get everyone generating a bunch of nonsensical BULL! This is what Russians do when they are bored and tired of playing with themselves.

      I started purchasing from The Northerner nine years ago. I can only think of two or three times in nine years I have had to contact them for a customer service issue. One of the best companyโ€™s ever to do business with.

      I am new here and don't post very much, but I am really bothered by both posters quoted here.

      ddragin, while I understand you are frustrated, calling a business liars and frauds on such popular forums is really bad form. Go ahead and state the facts, appeal for advice, and state your dissatisfaction. Calling people names and attempting to discredit their intentions is uncalled for though, and is the sort of thing that can really damage peoples livelyhoods. Also, I can assure you Northerner, while maybe not the best at choosing their shipping methods, are honest and friendly people who I am certain will sort this out for you one way or the other.

      N0mad, Serbs aren't Russians, and while I too am angered by the tone used by ddragin, insinuating that an entire nationality of people are libelous masturbators is pretty xenophobic and unpleasant behavior. Behavior which I at least do not feel is appropriate for an internationally populated forum of snus enthusiasts. Usually I like your posts though

        You are probably right, but when a poster starts making unfounded and erroneous accusations it's very difficult for me to take them seriously. Most of his comments were totally unfounded, unwarranted and hateful. One has to only cruise this forum a bit to see that the main Snus online retailers are totally legit and very reliable.

              My apologies to company Northerner. I was revolted because my money is gone from account and I not got what I bought. I wrote a lot of bad things that have no proof. People from the Northerner work very long with snus product and probably feed their families whit honest work. I do not want to endanger any one whit any reckless statements and because that once again sincerely apologize. I will have to arm my self with patience, there's no reason to just me of fraud, and so long doing this job. On the internet is lot of fraud companies and i was afraid that my credit card is not safe no more. Best regards from Serbia

                I Had a problem with Northener regarding the shipping, it took too long, but i've followed snusify advice and used fedex (its only 1 euro more), for the next orders..guess what, i've got all my orders in 5 days (tops).
                Once again maybe the problem (?) you have it's not with northener but with the Swiss posts...

                    I just rec'd my first order from Northerner, took 8 days in adverse weather by Swiss
                    (yes, Swiss)post. Not too bad when UPS takes 6 days from California in good weather. I would never use Fed-Ex to US, the only time I used them on a foreign order, not tobacco, I had to pay a brokerage fee. Customs has never been a problem when using the mail, and I've bought from Sweden, the UK, Canada and Hong Kong (that I can think of). Mail seems to be slow from Canada though, I can usually get a package from Europe quicker than Canada

                            I've never had an issue with northerner - US warehouse or Sweden warehouse.

                            My last order 2 rolls PM1847 ordered on the 22 and recieved today - Thats 7 business days with 2 weekends in between...

                            EDIT - just used regular mail all times

                              I've got to give props to Northerner. After an order went missing in the mail, they shipped a replacement order promptly. Thanks for the customer service, that let's face it is getting rarer these days.

                                FWIW, I placed an order at Northerner December 31st, and it just came today. There was some sort of holiday in early January in Sweden, as I recall (it was BuySnus who mentioned it; apparently it slowed some of their orders, too), so I expect that's one reason it took longer than usual. Still, a typical Northerner order seems to take about three weeks to get to me. I like them, but I sure don't order anything I want in a hurry from them. I should add this has more to do with Swiss Post than Northerner per se.

                                I have had an order come from them much more quickly, but it was just the one time (so far).

                                Now, the US Warehouse, on the other hand, is quite fast. Priority Mail rules, and they get it out pretty quick. They did leave out a can from my last order, but they responded to my email and sent it to me right away.
