Getsnus sets a high standard for customer service.

I do have 2 wishes from them --
Increase variety. Then they'd be the only store I need!
Add some mystery to the mystery can. Seems I'm always getting General Wintergreen or Mini Mint.

Getsnus CS is the best around. Some of the nicest people work there. Everyone I have spoken to has been super friendly.

Two things. They will increase variety as their customers request certain items. Product request link...use it often. Let them know what we want to see for sale there. http://www.getsnus.com/product_requests.asp

I hear ya on the mystery can thing. Again, email them. Let them know it sucks to get Gen WG everytime. I assure you they will make an effort to fix it for you. I was sick of giving away cans of Gen mini mint to my sister inlaw so I shot them off an email about it...havent seen one since.

They take an interest in what goes on here and are definately listning. So let them know how they can improve their service for you and over time I'm sure it will happen. When they first started out the selection was a lot smaller then it is now. It will continue to get better.
