I made an order a couple of weeks ago from Getsnus just so I could have some General and Ettan while waiting for my Buysnus order. I made the Buysnus order on the same day as the Getsnus order as they have the varieties I like and I hoped the Getsnus order would tide me over. Although they were both placed on the same day I got the Buysnus order first.

my second order with getsnus is not going so well

firstly I still haven't recieved 1 tin that was on backorder more than 2 weeks ago. and second I ordered a roll of ettan. The website said in stock for all quantities, and when I went back to the page to do more poking around it said 1-2 weeks!

At first I thought maybe they had an electronic automatic inventory, and I had ordered the last roll. But obviously now it's been about a week and I'm sure that's not the case. They sent me an email order confirmation but I'm not sure if its for a single tin still on backorder or the ettan.

They could definitely do better with the online ordering methodology. if there's a next time I'll call

I received my Northerner order from Sweden to Maryland faster than my getsnus order which is in the midest I believe. At any rate, the out of country stuff came before the in country stuff that was ordered the same day that wasnt backordered. I may contact getsnus and get a refund for the BO items and re-order from Northerner.

getsnus is in PA and I live in NC. I got my last order in three days. I didn't get my free mystery can though just a picture of one.

For serious, what is the deal with this? I received the nice pic of a free tin same as a lot of people here.....I'm not one to bitch about freebies (a whole lot, anyway) but how about sending the real thing instead of a picture, or at least explaining why the tins aren't being included in the orders. :?

For the record, the picture tastes terrible and has no nic hit...much like Buysnus' free pens. :wink:

LOL getsnus is a 1-1/2 hour drive from me and they let a shipment from sweden beat them :roll:

The same thing happened on my second order. Missing mystery can.

I used their webinterface to report the missing can. I got email on a Saturday saying they would send out the can, they did, I'm happy.

and as far as shipping times:
Getsnus by being in the US will usually use UPS. If the transit time of your package involves a weekend, using UPS can have an added 2 day shiiping time when compared to Swedish Post/USPS.

I ripped getsnus pretty good lately and it was done out of frustration. I apologize to getsnus as I realize they are a business and things happen. I received a nice e-mail from Bob today, he saw my posts and researched his customer database and sat down and wrote me a nice long heartfelt message. My first order was flawless! my second order wasnt a disaster but I was disappointed, it didnt give me the right to rip em publicly so I apologize. Getsnus will get a followup order from me in the near future as I love their prices and shipping cost. Good customer service saved a customer today.

Just received my third order from getsnus today.

Last order they forgot my mystery can, when brought to their attention they corrected it.

Well this time I got my mystery can just fine instead they shorted me a can of Claq Qui I ordered. I have already emailed them. I am sure they will rectify the problem.

That's mistakes on 2 out of 3 orders. Not very good.

P.S. They already apologized and said they would send a replacement.

Never ordered from getsnus before. Went on their site and registered. I was wanting to compare the price of 1 roll of each Grov Black and N&J Original. The total for my usual, buysnus, was 84 dollars with freight and 60 dollars without freight at get snus. Getsnus wanted me to enter my credit card info without telling me what my shipping cost was. Is this normal or do they have free shipping? Whatever the case getsnus is a much better deal. Not to mention N&J Original was about 6 (I think) dollars cheaper per roll at getsnus.

I think you are correct. Deleted one of the rolls for a total under 50 with 5 dollars for shipping.
