    GetSnus.com

    Just wanted to mention that I placed an order from GetSnus.com (a bunch of rolls of Catch Dry Peppermint for my wife, along with a couple of tins of different things to try myself) and their service was exemplary.

    Friendly and informative on the phone and it shipped lightning quick.

    They don't have the widest selection, but they are definitely a good online retailer.

    , i have tried to order from them and that online age verification system seems to think i do not exisit so ill stay with buysnus and northerner

      Like Cleveland, Getsnus Rocks!!! They forgot to send me my “Mystery Can” since I ordered five tins. I got an immediate reply from the e-mail I sent. They are sending me a tin of General Extra Sterk! They have Superior Customer Service, and excellent communications, really fast shipping too. These guys get it! I want to see more inventory. :P

      Never had any problem with ordering from them online, in fact I found their process to be more clear and easy to follow than others I have used. I think you can order over the phone as well? There is a 1-800 number posted at the bottom of the page. I’m sure if there any problems with their site, they would get the problem resolved upon notification.

        Hey Grim just call em and they will square away the age verification. Apparently some CC's dont have that equiped and you just need to call.

          speaking of which, I chose them for my very first snus order. They sent me a shipping confirmation today early in the morning, and told me 2-3 days. I'm leaving tomorrow for the weekend! I would really doubt it would get here by tomorrow... damnit.

          P.S. this has no point if you're not me

            I feel for ya.. I ordered mine (5 each General and Grov) on the Thursday 11-06-08. Was waiting for me when I got home from work on Monday the 10th. I assume for a Friday delivery, I should have ordered on Tuesday or no later than Wed. AM.

              Placed an order early Tuesday morning. It hit my mailbox yesterday. 18 cans. Missing Mystery can. Funny that, my mystery can was missing from the last order also.( They sent out a can the next day after responding to the initial email.) I sent another email, politely informing them this was the second time this happened. I realize this is a freebie, but I WANT my snus. Checked my email a couple of times throughout the day and no response. Just as I was about to send another my phone rings. Nice gentleman from Getsnus, apologizing in person for the mistake. Said my mystery can would be shipped out TODAY. Every company screws up now and then, most of them will correct it. Very few will pick up a phone to talk to a customer that only spent $60.
              I was a Getsnus fan before, this just solidifies my loyalty.

                    My 'free mystery can' has been missing, too, on my past few orders.... but I can't bring myself to complain about not receiving something I didn't pay for (How do you like my mastery of the English language?). I figure Oh well. They corrected one cock up in the past quickly and efficiently, so I will continue to use them.

                      I actually did get my snus in the mail on friday! and am currently enjoying it. I don't think any variety I got will be my snus of choice, but its nice to be able to break from using dip- and still feel the "buzz"!

                      the future is bright. getsnus needs lucky strike...

                          If you don't tell them they don't know there is a problem and it never gets fixed, or maybe it gets worse and things start being missed in an order that you paid for.

                              2nd order and I am not so happy! A little background on me, I ran an online hookah store and am familiar with orders, stock, etc. Apparently Getsnus does not use software that updates the stock quantity automatically when user places an order. I have been craving Phantom Blue Los so I made my order with getsnus on Sunday, it said in stock so I was satisfied. Monday morning comes, I assume they update quantities manually according to weekend orders etc and I get a Backorder notice! Are you kidding me! I called up to see what the deal was, CS pretty much told me sorry we are out of stock and wont have it for a week and a half to 2 weeks. So I look at the site again and it now says 2-3 weeks! I may have to give my business back to Sweden based on reliablility, and I had to wrestle the backorder info out of the customer service guy, he didnt offer up any time frames, any replacements except Phantom Original. I just am not feeling the love I guess.
