    Im still pissed they bought out getsnus and then jacked up the prices and slowed the delivery. I gave up on northerner years ago.

    Word. I've had VERY poor service from Northerner for the last year (When I actually gave them a second and third shot) that didn't appear to be related to what you are talking about.

    I'll give you guys another shot, but if it goes bad, back to the other guys who ALWAYS get me my snus on 3 days, from Sweden.

    Oh, and while you're at it, let me recover my old account. It never carried over.

    Thank you! Glad to hear that someone had a good experience. I am a little confused though, my order was placed yesterday afternoon. Today I god a "shipment" e-mail, but it does not say the shipment is sent. In my profile in Northerner it says "pending". Does this mean it is not sent yet? How "quickly" did your orders from European warehouse arrive?

    I ordered snus last night from Snuscentral before I went to bed. By the time I woke up, my snus was on it's way here and was in Germany. I expect it by Friday, which is how it should be.

    My order with Northerner was nowhere near as smooth. I had to ask them daily about it as it moved from "pending" to "shipped". When it finally said "shipped", I was able to determine that all that meant was that Northerner had printed off a label, but it was like another week before they actually got around to dropping it off at UPS.
    After they completly dismantled my order due to "out of stock" items, I ended up waiting almost a month for 3 cans of snus.

    I will not use Northerner again unless I see loads of happy customers on Snuson telling me how it is a night and day difference. I thought Northerner were always polite and nice about the problems when we communicated but that is no subsitute for actually getting the snus you ordered.

    Don´t worry for your order with Northerner, though I think I´m the only one with good experiences with Northerner here, lol. I live in Valencia, and I always have received my orders quite quickly either from the European and US warehouse and no problem with customs here.

    I will probably talk to her when my current stash gets a little lower. I need to figure out the exchange rate plus current swedish prices plus shipping it here. She was going to bring some back for me when she flew to the states last summer for a family function that was going to be in Tennessee but work plans prevented me making it out to Tn.

    Too little too late! Well, it doesn't matter to me anyway. I've always ordered from buysnus becuase I get my product delivered to the US in 72 hours flat at a great price, and every other time I order, I get 50% off a roll. If Northerner can do 48 hours to the US with 100% off my 6th roll lol, I might take notice. Anyway, good luck! I hope they're paying you well mate! Welcome to Snuson.
