Just updating to say my shipment is now marked "complete" and I'm counting days. For Northerner's sake, I hope it arrives within mid next week, then I will be happy and order again in the future.

He has promised by PM to look in to the specifics - but has said that he doesn't personally have the power to just sort my situation out. This is more than I have ever had from the ticket system or emails to Northerner!
It's the company - and the people at the top (sorry Frank!) who have messed up here causing my blood to boil - not the guy hired to try and smooth things over.

I think the shipping varies based upon what taxes the state has imposed. That being said, Northerner has lost my business until I hear stellar reviews about them on snuson.
