              See Northerner isn't completely terrible, I think the American warehouse is better. I have ordered a few cans of RedMan/ Grizzly over the years, even after a few company errors (from the swedish side)

                I think they're probably getting better ... all the evidence here is showing that.

                But given the way they have treated me in the past I will certainly not use their services again unless it is the only option left open to me. And given that they don't seem bothered about putting right my situation despite being made aware of it I feel that they owe me something!

                They're only doing alright until they screw someone else over again as far as I can see.

                  I hear you - I'm still waiting on a resolution for a shipping error as well, it's been going on for too long. They shipped me the wrong snus once (before they revamped their system) and they shipped the correct product the day after I notified them. I wonder why it's so hard for them to do that now.

                    Wouldn't mind advice from anyone on here. I have a dilemma with the Northerner site. I am going over to the USA soon and have about $80 in store credit for the site and would really like to use it. However there seems to be an issue with the website. The issue at hand is when not logged in to a northerner account (my own or a test account with my friends details in the USA) I can verify their details according to the PACT act thus allowing an order to be sent no problems.But when logged in to my own account, or the test account and changing all details to the exact same ones that were previously verified when not logged in, the verify button does nothing. I can click and click and click it but it does not verify or fail to verify. Something appears to be wrong with the site as I have tested it on multiple browsers, computers and even my phone.

                    Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

                      Hi dippndownunder - I wish I could help, but that's an issue with the site I've never come across before!

                      Given this is the Northerner website which has proven to be a complete train-crash of a site for bugs and glitches - it sounds like business as usual though.

                      Why don't you try their legendary customer service?

                        Funnily enough I have asked customer service and whilst they have generally been pretty good whenever I have contacted them this time the response was a little lack luster. Basically their response was "that is quite strange" and that was about it. I did respond asking if they can forward this on to their web development team (if they exist) but am yet to receive a response from that.
                        It'd be great to use this store credit when i get over there and not lose more packages in the mail when ordering to Australia!

                          I ordered from Northerner and it seems like they might be trying to do better. It took 3 days for them to actually process the order, but it's going to be here today according to ups tracking. So that's a total of 6 days from time of order to receiving it. Not sure if I got lucky, or if they really are trying to get back to how they used to be. Either way, this is probably the fastest they have shipped an order to me.

                            Well that's good news. I still have an issue outstanding from my previous order but had to make another because my supply has run dangerously low. Hope it's not a case of fool me twice, shame on me. Anyhow this is the third day it's been pending so I should expect it to ship soon. The product I ordered is still in stock according to the website but then again that may not necessarily be the case in light of the problems they have been having.

                              If I were you I would call their US warehouse. The number is 610-366-1011. You might have to call a lot to get them to answer, but it's better than trying to get through to their support team. Hope it all works out!
