I see you are in Australia. its really hard to get tobacco products to Australia

northerner always ships but sometimes customs takes and holds it. You might want too check with customs yourself. they probably want to tax you.

I agree, Australia is notoriously rough on any type of tobacco shipment.......I think contacting customs directly might be the best bet (a big headache but the best bet nonetheless).

Be sure to let us know what happens good or bad..........there will be others that your experiences might help

Northerner - rip off - product cant be found over a month and a half- waste of money

I ordered a larger order of mixed tobaccos, including Skoal, copenhagen, nasal snuff approx $125 worth back in May 2016. I was told that this had been dispatched in 6 parcels, nearly a month and a half later, none of them have arrived. Usually customs sends me a notice to pay an import tax within 2 weeks, no sign of anything.
Northerner blames the post and customs and said they cant do anything with it and are not taking the blame. Absolute garbage !!!! It wouldnt be strange if one parcel was apparently lost , but 6 ???????

RIP OFF - HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING NORTHERNER !!!

On October first I ordered a few Snus: General Long, Jakobsenns Ice-Fruit, and Odens Cold (did I make a good selection? These will be my first swedish snus, if they arrive!).

It has been 3 days now, and only yesterday, they said my order was complete, before that it was "pending".

I have not received a confirmation email for my order (though they have my email address).

So I was wondering if any of you could calm me down because I feel like I'm being scammed... I've never before placed an order and NOT received a confirmation email! It feels very fishy.

edit: Also it cost a total of 26$ which I think is quite a bit, correct me if I'm wrong.

I ordered last night at about 1:30 AM EST. It was shipped by 8AM Sweden time. So, they shipped very quickly for me. Will update when I get it, UPS says Friday but I don't know if that will happen because of their stupid "age verification required" horseshit.

I have ordered from northener, and it always arrives but always much later than what they say. 3-6 businessdays from DK to UK, is usually more than 10 businessdays (2weeks). 5-14 businessdays from US to UK is usually at least 3 weeks to arrive. Quite annoying being a heavy user. Now I sit and wait as usual with delays from US and UK. Don't think it is due to local custom rules in UK, as they say and out of their control. Other sources including family shipping from Sweden arrive in 3 days, but can't use my bro all the time...

I just ordered from Northerner again, after moving back to the states. It's been awhile I think, since my last order with them. For the first time I ordered some of the loose expired snus (something I've been apprehensive about after getting bad expired snus with another company), but it's a good deal for a few extra bucks so i figured, no huge loss if it ends up being a bummer.

I got my delivery yesterday, and the two loose expired snus' were General Extra Strong. I was pleased by this, because I typically use Extra/Ultra pouches. Also, I figured I would be getting medium strength expireds and have to roll really large prillas for my buzz. So, thumb up for that.

i cracked one of the cans today (exp date: mid August), and I was happy to find that it was still quite pliable, no need to add moisture (although i did add a bit before putting it back in the fridge)...flavour is all there. So another thumb up for that.

My delivery went off without a hitch, although i am fortunate to never have had an issue with Northerner in the past regarding timely delivery. All and all a good experience. i recommend taking advantage of the expired snus when it's available. I know it's a bit "luck of the draw", as far as what you get, but, no complaints on my end.

Norther charged me multiple times. When I wrote to them to inform them of this they ignored my emails. When I wrote to them again they blocked my email. Beware Northener is now blantantly stealing from its customers. I think this business is going bust and they are trying to scam as many people as they can. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

Gotta agree, it was a bit shady. I don't shop there, but they didn't block me for complaining. I would think he'd step up and respond to being called a "cheek giggler", haha.
