    Anyone know how long it's suppsoed to take for Northerner to respond to your emails?

    I'm not usually one who likes to air dirty laundry in public, but I'd really like to know what's up.
    I received an order Saturday from Northerner. I was supposed to be getting a roll of LD White and a roll of Jaks Wintergreen. Turns out, I got a roll of LD Original and Jaks Icefruit. I ordered 3 cans of Icefruit from a previous order which I was charged for, but was told it was on back order. Lo and behold what shows up but an entire roll of Icefruit instead of Wintergreen. I wouldn't mind so much except I blew my bonus points on that order. I would have never used them for Icefruit.
    Anyway I offered to even send the stuff back, if I could just get what I ordered. Haven't heard anything back yet.

    Make sure you check your junk mail folder. I had a similar problem a while back and felt like they were ignoring me, but it turns out their emails were going into my junk folder.

        Well, I just got an email. They said they would send the order again.
        That was very nice of them. Go Northerner!

        I really didn't want to sound like I was bitching about Northerner. I've had nothing but good service from them. I'll continue to use them because they're really that good. Thanks!

          Yea, not to sound like a 'jerk-off' cause Lord knows I'm good at that but patience does go a long way, my friend.

          I'm still patiently awaiting my "SnuS grows Big Tits" or whatever Adult (M) T-shirt from my last Northerner order a few weeks back when I finally cashed in some 'bonus points' and an answer to the future availability of "oden's ES kanel lös" but trust me. They have always come through in the end.

            I had an issue with one of my orders and sent a message to Northerner. About a week went by and I didn't hear anything back from them. I sent them another message on Saturday and confirmed that I got a reply from them earlier today. Good news is that they're going to ship out the product I was missing ASAP with no questions asked. I would echo what others have said. Give them a few days and if you don't hear back from them and don't have anything in your spam folder, shoot them another email again.
