    at least you got your stuff

    i hope buysnus will bring my fix soon enough. like many of you, i'm really disappointed with the northerner / swedish-snus for being so slow.

    has anyone here ever had their confirmed shipped packages gotten LOST in transit?

    I also recently made an order from Northerner to which I only received part of my order from (I live in England). The part received includes:

    1 can of Thunder Original, Extra Stark Portion &
    1 can of General, Loose Portion.

    The strange thing about this partial order I recieved, was that it says it came from Denmark?! Is Snus also not banned from selling there also? It makes no difference to me where it comes from so long as the product is legit and in date...which it was ...but can anyone shed any light on this?

    The rest of my order was (after over a week) still 'pending' so I contacted them with my concern to which they are apparently giving me a refund due to the 'unknown' delelivery due to the item being now out of stock (it wasn't when I placed the order though?) The response to my query was less than 12 hours which I was impressed with.
    This part of my remaining order includes/included:

    2 cans of General Classic Blend, Portion
    1 can of Jakobssons Classic, Portion
    1 can of Jakobssons Melon, Strong Portion
    1 can of Grovsnus, Portion
    1 can of Gӧteborgs RapĂ©, White Portion

    it was the only one i had ever used, and 1-2 years back i didn't have any problems with them.

    on monday though, i tried ordering from buysnus. hope that one gets here soon enough. best thing ever would be already tomorrow (four days), but i've gotten used to waiting now, so.. :P

    back to topic; am i alone in having placed an order, which they say is _shipped_, but not showing up? could it be that it is registrered as 'shipped' although it never was actually sent? seeing all the problems everyone else is having this wouldn't really surprise me.

    If you live in Japan, Northerner and swedish-snus.com are not your only options. If you live in the EU I guess that's another story.

    hello, i'm new here. norwegian but live in japan. used the northener / swedish-snus.com (same thing, right?) last time i was here in japan (more than a year ago) and everything worked out flawlessly. usually got my shipments 4-6 days after ordering.

    this time, though, i placed an order 9th of october, after finally manageing to to just that. i was logged out every minute, and had great problems in general just using the website that day.

    saw my payment had gone through, so i opened a 'help desk ticket' since order was still 'pending'. two days later they responded, and said the package was sent (monday 15. october)

    been waiting for the package for more than six weeks now. don't know what to believe. has the package disappeared in transit, or was in never really sent due to all the problems they keep having?

    when they answer the tickets it's usually 3-4days late and not really helping.

    so, you guys who ordered in the beginning of october, have you got your snus yet?

    I have a second batch of 2 still to arrive, the order for which was placed on the 6th October lol. If it doesn't arrive, I'm sticking with Oden's and Oliver Twist.

    Hi,
    ive read the threads below re Northener and I am wondering if anybody has had any recent contact with them.
    I have ordered from them for the last year with no problems getting a delivery to the Uk, my last delivery took a long time to process and when contacted they said it was because of the system update, it did ship and arrived from the US about 10 days later. I placed another order Friday 16th Nov and all items where,and still are showing in stock but as of today my order is still showing pending, I created a query ticket again last Friday one week after placing the order but as yet I have not even received a reply to this.
    So I wondered are they still actually trading?

    I would be willing to bet that right now Northerner is pulling in money hand over fist. I bet they make such a profit that what anyone on this forum thinks don't mean jack. Know how I know?     far as suing goes. anyone can (try) to sue anyone for anything. The party being sued will have to spend money to fight the case. Unless the person being sued can prove fraud, etc then the person suing won't owe them a dime if/when the judge throws it out of court. The person being sued always loses to one degree or another, almost always. At least in the states that's how it works.

    I could sue you for replying to my post and a judge would have to at least check into my claim. the world has gone insane.

    I am afraid your right here. I do however think we can learn something here. What en excellent business model. Get a site up, sell goods and never deliver or communicate and get away with it. X-mas bonus sorted!

    I just took a look at Northerner's Facebook page. Looks like they are still having hiccups. You can't write on their wall anymore but you can still click on comments to see what is going on. I am missing Pioneer a bit but I am definetely waiting this one out a bit longer.

    I gave up on mysnus because of their poor email communication.
    Their website states all email will be answered within 24 hours.
    One is lucky if they answer once a week anymore. They answered
    one of my questions but it took almost one week. I asked another
    question over one week ago and have heard nothing. I emailed
    them about 6 questions in total and got one response with a 10%
    coupon code.

    Not good enough. I emailed Snuscentral a half dozen questions
    and got immediate replies that same day! Good communication
    is important for gaining and keeping customers. It can make or
    break the deal. The same goes for The Northerner. Communication.
