However, I think they may be turning a corner... I still haven't resolved the last order that has yet to be shipped, but they finally started talking to me again and are responding quickly and repeatedly. Now, maybe this is because I went through my bank and started the chargeback process, or maybe it's because as they say they have "finally worked out the website problems and have hired a new support staff".
who knows...
however, just for the hell of it, seeing as how the company was at least making an effort and communicating with me again, I used the rest of my store credit and purchased 5 cans of N&J Rad Red, and received my shipping notice with tracking # within a few hours of placing the order. Basically the same service I had always gotten from and expected of Northerner over the course of 3+ years until this past October. Had never had a single issue with them until Oct.
So.... maybe things are getting turned around for Northerner. If this order shows up on time and they make things right with my last order, I may consider continuing to do business with them.
I must say that my experience with BuySnus in December was amazing. Superfast shipping and turnaround, right before the christmas holiday! I'd just rather not pay those higher per can/roll prices or the higher shipping cost. But it's good to know they are there, fast and reliable, if I need them!
