I ordered from Northener like 4 days ago and the order is still pending, they haven't been replying to my queries. Has anyone had any difficulties with orders from northener lately? Am I gonna get my money/snus back

So if you change to 'Europe' at the top right, you won't get charged tax? It charged me tax a few days ago on a mock order

I wasn't charged tax on my orders and I had Europe selected.

My order is still "pending" but it says they have shipped 10 of the 50 cans I ordered.

Still no answer to my help desk enquiry. I suspect all our snus in the EU is now coming from the US.
