16 days and the main part of my order still isn't in. I guess I should say that they did ship me the part that was in but......

Happily snusing my fav from buysnus.com. Ordered on Monday at 3pm, arrived at my house on Thursday at 1pm. Less than 72 hours.

You'd think that Northerner would fulfill the orders from their sweden warehouse if they really wanted to take care of their customers.

Jbb - Those are Euro date formatted (note the Swedish on the labels) Your snus is good 'till April.

Mine too. I just ordered a replacement order from another site. I'd really rather not have to but I am tired of being out of snus.

Figured I would throw this on this thread.... I see the inventories have (mostly) been replenished. Any word about Rape #2? Stuck using bunk stuff until that comes in.

Just wanted to make sure everyone heard about this....We're extending the free shipping offer for awhile, and exact cut off date will follow later. We want to ensure that anyone that wanted to take advantage of this deal would be able to do so, now that product is in the warehouse.

I've been told that the site should be updated Monday, so check back later today. Thanks for being patient with us and understanding that the shortage of product was out of our control. Rest assured though, processes have been put into place to prevent something like a UPS warehouse from causing a shortage like this again.

You were doing everything you could Rick. I appreciate you updating us instead of everyone just sitting around wondering if northerner is shutting down or what the deal was. I'm not sure if you have anything to do with the free shipping but I do appreciate it being extended. I know some people got out of line because of the dilema but some people only have northerner to rely on because they dont want to have any trouble with customs and dont live anywhere near any shops that carry it. Bring snus to shell gas station.

Damn does this mean the kidnapped snus has spent a week or more in transit from the manufacture, then four to five weeks in a holding pen, then another few weeks at the Northerner warehouse and another week or so in transit to the consumer? I wonder what really fresh snus taste like.

I think that is a good question..............I would think/hope they have refrigerated holding units for perishable items

But even if they don't……………………. the good news is that it is winter and not the dead of summer.............refrigeration typically runs 40-42 degrees........so warehouse temps might well be in that range this time of year

I may not have to worry about ordering online soon. The guy at the 7-11 I spoke with thinks he will have General by the end of next week. This actually seems promising! General is not my favorite but I could use indefinetely if I needed to.
