    they may be remembering from a while back. From what I hear the cig prices go up by the quarter in NYC.

          For over a year you could get a can of General in Louisville for $2.50. They got wise; the price is up to $3.25 retail.

            San Diego: General or catch dry runs about $4-5 a can.

            factoring in shipping costs, etc, it breaks about even for me.
