It appears as if the parcel hasn't even left Sweden. Has anyone ever experienced a stall in the package movement? No other information is available. Perhaps if I phoned them I might get a little farther. This is a friggin' bummer, man.

The tracker might be stuck. I'd wait the normal amount of time for delivery(10 days), and inquire if it doesn't show up.

No reason to worry yet. As a former UPS employee the scanning/tracking of parcels isn't 100% perfect. Its pretty good, but the same has happened to me and everything was fine.

Don't worry , Ups is just a really craptastic courier service that is overpriced and extra slow thanks PACT

I have ordered from them in a pinch and never had an issue. It took about 4 to 5 days to get to Philadelphia PA. As others have said the tracking can be goofy sometimes, which i have also experienced. It would show it was still in Sweden and then the next day it would be out for delivery in Philly! Their shipping prices were kinda crazy though. On a sidenote, I ordered 60 cans from SnusCentral and it got here in 2 1/2 days, go figure.

His package is coming from Sweden to the states. If it was shipped on 11/02 he should have receieved it last Friday. It's an international air shipment. Something isn't right.

that's what I though JT. Now, I thought something was awry 'cos I ordered it a month ago but it couldn't ship until 11/2 but now that it has I'm a little confused. I thought I should have gotten it last week too but I was wicked busy Monday and left for Atlanta Tuesday so I forgot all about it. I got no notes on my doors before I left and I just thought to ask my wife about it this morning and she said nada. I was wondering if I was the first in MA to have bad luck or what.

There's Kardus and General Long in that there package. Now that I'm ready for my flight in the AM I'm pretty anxious. I'll phone UPS when I get home tomorrow afternoon 'cos something is screwy in St. Louie.

Kardus is still listed as pre-order on Buysnus. So I'm betting BuySnus's automated system generated a UPS tracking number (so it's in the system) but it still hasn't left the Buysnus warehouse.

could be the reason. When I ordered it it was expected at week 44. I'm not sure why they would generate a number a month after the order and about a month before they got it. Seems arbitrary to me.

Northerner doesn't show stock yet either. I guessing if Chad got his advance sample, the vendors can't be far behind.

BuySnus has not received their Kardus yet, and depending when you order it you might not see it for a month or so.
They will be getting their first shipment in I believe next week, but it isn't a lot and it has been spoken for for weeks.

I ordered some Kardus about a week ago and everything else is shipping and they might not even ship my Kardus until December.

I know they didn't send it then. I got the email on the 2nd that said they sent it. Order placed at above date.

Oh well...the waiting is the hardest part.

Should ship Monday. It should also be noted that their speediness to answer my query was exemplary. Though I'm still baffled with the email saying it has shipped at least I know that they are on top of things. Whew.
