How many cans do you have open at one time?

3 on average. Sometimes there's a 4th, sometimes only two. Usually a Wintergreen, a Bergamot/original, and something else like spearmint or menthol.

I think I have like 10 cans open right now. Though, I really only use/alternate General Wintergreen and Thunder frosted, so the rest are just stuff I only use once in a while. Some of them have been open for 6 months and still fine.

Hell, I still have some portions left in the two cans of Camel SNUS I bought when I first tried snus, before discovering this site, which led me to Swedish snus. They are also still fine, though as crappy as they were to begin with... :?

Though, I keep everything, open or not, in the freezer in freezer bags.

GW and TF though, I use them alot, so once I open them they never see the fridge/freezer again.

I recently went on a tasting binge again. It's not the first time and it probably won't be the last. Currently I have my favorite 2 open and probably ten others open but all bot 4 at a time are in the freezer.

I leave three open at a time. I have one can of regular portions, a can of whites or a mini portion can that goes with me to and from work, and a can of sterks that stays in the fridge since I only use one or two portions from it daily.

Usually 2 loose and 2 portions. The portions and less frequently used loose stay in the fridge, while the loose I use as my main snus stays out at room temp. I tend not to worry about dryness with portions, but if my loose is getting a bit dry adding a little water always helps.

one can at a time. usually takes me about a week to go through a can. I only use loose, though. here's my modus operandi for snus preservation and transportation:

open a can
scoop about 2/3 of the can into a small airtight container
leave about 1/3 in the can
place airtight container in freezer
use the 1/3 i left in the can over the course of (usually) 2 days
refill can from airtight container with another 1/3 or so
rinse
repeat
open a new can!

keeps everything fresh, keeps snus in my pocket.

I keep four cans open at work. I use one of the General boxes to keep them in a mini fridge close at hand. Three sterk one original. Right now it has General Extra sterk, General Sterk, Nick & Johnny, and Kronan portions.

I carry a can of strong portions everywhere I go. Usually Claq Qui.

At home I have around three to four cans of loose snus open that are in use. Original strength and sterk. Right now I'm digging the Skruf Xtra stark loose.

In my beer fridge I may have another four to six cans mixed of loose and portions that I opened to try and relegated to the butter shelf on the door.

In my, MY, bathroom. I have two or three cans of longcut dip open. I love a fat chew in the morning after my coffee. I can't shower without a big dip in. I have two big tubs of Stoker's dip as well.

I dump the last third of every can of chew into them and add scotch and water to keep it nice and moist. Whenever a tub get's less than a third full I buy Copenhagen L.C. and Grizzly Natural L.C. and some Skoal Classic L.C. to keep the cycle going.

I keep a pack of 1839 lights in my car. Non FSC cigarettes my brother bought me a carton. Nice flue dried tobacco. What I remember fine cigarettes tasting like.

FSC are f**king stupid. Once they are all that are available I will never smoke again.

I always have a can of Gotland Gul opened and at room temperature and a can of Offroad Longcut WG in the fridge open and ready for a random pinch. I keep 1 tin of strong minis open at all times in the fridge for work and usually have one other random can open (Roda Los right now) kept at room temperature.

Everything else is frozen.

I'm 95% General Wintergreen and 5% Offroad coffee vanilla

I have about 12 different snus open besides the 2 above, for when the mood strikes. I keep these in wide mouth jars. 1 in the fridge and 1 in the freezer. Since I started using jars nothing dries out.

I'm not super crazy about warm snus, so mine is always in the fridge.

I like starks, but I wanna wean myself off them, but untill I use them up, I alternate a stark, and a regular, and now I have a can of los open.

So, I have an open can of Phantom OP, Nick & Johnny Strong, and General Loose, at this time.

Right now I only have a can of Etten OP opened. I usually have 2 open at once and I finish them off before I open another 2.

I keep two cans of los open at all times. I take portions directly out of the freezer, as needed. I finish of about a can a week, and I am obsessive about freshness, so this works for me. Variety is fine, but I still get variety, just not everyday. I also find that if I only have two cans open, or one type of snus on me, I will use less. Makes my snus last longer.

Currently I have 1 can of Thunder Berry and 1 can of Thunder Frosted open, never had more than 3 cans open tho and it takes few weeks to get rid of 1 can.
