I'm finding myself wanting to use a snus late at night out of habit, but then forcing myself not to because I know that it will affect my sleep. So I was thinking someone should develop a bedtime snus, one that is nicotine free, which will promote sleep. It could include L-theanine, L-tryptophan, 5-HTP, melatonin, maybe with an herbal base of chamomile, etc. This way we could have our "snus" and our sleep.
