I was having problems sleeping the full night. Granted it happens I guess as you get older, and I am 52. I tend to awaken in the middle of the night say 1:30AM and it takes a while to get back to sleep. Since I began snusing, it seems my mental health has improved.... Isn't that something? And, I sleep all night long now. Now last night, I took more than normal an hour or so before bed, putting in a full prismaster of Goteborg's Rape. I found that it was a bit difficult to get to sleep, but once I did, I didn't wake up all night long until I woke up right on time when I normally want to wake up.

don't know about nicotine dreams ... yet! Parrots, maybe you could describe your experience? I haven't noticed the normal morning wood ...... but I have heard that tobacco use triples Human Growth Hormone. Maybe baseball players unconsciously new that before medial science took over and players like Roger Clemens got shot up?Comment
