I missed all the stop smoking sites out, i'm not a big fan of stuff like that, i know it's going to suck after smoking half my life, but the answer to your question is Goteborg Rape Number 2. I'm very happy with snus, but i'm not sure if i'll be on it for the rest of my life. I can see myself moving to snuff just to keep the cost down, but i'm sure i will always have a couple rolls of los in the freezer, for times when i miss it.

A couple years ago i did move to snuff completely for about 6 months, and that was hard work at first, because i couldn't get the snuff up my nose fast enough due to my high nicotine tolerance that had come from having a snus in mouth ALL day, every day, but I did get my nicotine tolerance down and I was in a happy place with it.

Then, one day I got up and I wanted a snus, I still had a couple cans in the freezer and here I am today, fully addicted, again. However, as from today with the current EU situation I’m going to start cutting right back, I’d like to get down to about 3 or 4 a day if I can, with the pinch of snuff every half hour.

I have a few tins of Snuff here in the house, Wilsons of sharrow lemon toast, medicated, and Atherthon's jasmine. I tried to get into it, and used it for a few weeks but kept wanting Snus instead. That's a good point you make about nic tolerance though, and trying to get it down to where nasal stuff will actually work, especially when events in the EU have taken a turn for the worst. I might give snuff another try, and use it every now and then instead of Snus.

Which Snus did he introduce you to? When i was trying to stop smoking i was checking out all the stop smoking web sites and and came across an article on Swedish Snus, that was it then, i found out where i could buy it very quickly, decided to give a try and loved it.

Yes mate, thank the Swedish gods for snus. If it wasn't for a Swedish guy i worked with, i'd still be smoking now i think.

I tried roll your own smokes but never had the patience to keep at it lol. I used to smoke 30 to 40 marlboro lights a day!! Thank god for Snus, right?

Yes mate, thank the Swedish gods for snus. If it wasn't for a Swedish guy i worked with, i'd still be smoking now i think.
