Snus to quit smoking

I saw you mention them the other day and then ordered a small amount of straight Perique from them.

They are my main tobacconist, I live nowhere near Nottingham so order online, Glynn always throws in something extra for me with a note saying try this its amazing! The man is a legend!

Lol yeah Fazer, time to change my habits i think, can't get enough Snus though.

True, i'll always have some around even if i do make the switch back to snuff. I'm on a mission to cut down now, make my stock last.

Been off the fags for about 2 months, same full time on snus. Always used snuff in between though.

How long have you been quit, and when did you start on the snus ?

Been off the fags for about 2 months, same full time on snus. Always used snuff in between though.

I used to smoke more at work when there were people I could go out with, then two friends moved on, so no smoking partners and I just ended up stopping in work (I remember the days when you could smoke in the office! Where I first started you were allowed to smoke in your own office, then they had a smoking room then nothing, outside or nothing).

Yeah you used to be able to smoke everywhere back then. I remember going to the cinema when i was a kid and your eyes would be watering the whole time with all the smoke clouds around you lol.

It used to be like that with me.... but with straight Virginia... and a rhythm going on, it seems to work...

Yeah the price of cigarettes is phenomenal alright. It definitely is a good incentive to cut down. for me though it was the health issues that was foremost in my mind and finally pushed me to find a way to quit. Having said that though, when i did smoke i always found time to nip off and have a few drags, work or no work lol.
