    Hey bud,

I've been using Thunder Frosted ES portions/los for over 4 years now. I've been using this daily, and sometimes as much as a can of it a day, for years. You have nothing to be worried about. It may be difficult to switch to regular portions later , but you aren't in any danger because of your decision to use mostly ES portions. I still mostly use ES portions, and I'm doing quite well.

    Relax.

    Hi,

we are sorry for the delay.

As we use this delivery option for the first time, I cannot make any
predictions, sorry – but all in all we chose this one to make things
go better/faster, of course … so it would be indeed very
important for us to know how it’s working.

So I would ask you to contact us when the shipment arrives, even if it’s
Later than usual, because we need this data.

    Thanks for your cooperation!
Interesting. I too am waiting on a delivery from these guys using the new delivery service. Been a week so far. The old delivery service, the snus was in my hands 2 days after ordering.

I am another that uses es portions all day everyday. I have been using them exclusively for about 5 years, for me they have a calming effect. I have reletively low blood pressure though.

People use Ephedrine-Caffeine-Aspirin combination to make cardio more efficient. I cannot imagine ES being worse than those 3 stimulants together. And that combination has been in use for a long time...

I get palpitations from Nicotine and caffeine if I dont take my Nadolol, that little pill keeps them from bothering me.

Man, I have to watch the ES portions! Yes I have atherosclerosis, Which finally clogged a couple of arteries and that led to a Quintuple bypass. Now, I eat right, I work out at the gym hard every other day, but I am very sensitive to a ES portion. I chain 9 mg all day, and I have to spit out and chill for an hour before cardio workout.

I monitor my BP all the time, and it goes up with an ES portion, every time, it constricts the blood vessels. If you are young and healthy, go for it, but If you start noticing heart paps or get anxious on an ES, you just might need to get a second opinion from a doctor. Yes I know, they all tell you to quit, and that just is not going to happen. But if your own system starts having problems with the increased nic, well................... Listen to what it is telling you. Lots of you are young and very resilient, But guess what, that does not last.

They definitely would kill me if i used them exclusively. That is a fact, uptake seems to be the key. I often have one, but sometimes i have to takeit out suddenly and let things chill a bit, more often i have to take one and press it in a napkin to mellow it out.

My point is that I think that if you are noticing a problem, think it through, I am not an invalid, far from it, I just have been chopping and splitting wood for hours with no problem, then I popped in a fresh portion and had to chill until the initial nicotine effects wore off.

ES snus does have an effect, the question is if you tolerate it well. I don't, and I know PP does not either, and there have been several others who developed problems. Here is the thing, I have a very fine tuned knowledge of what it feels like to overdo it, and a BP cuff has confirmed it, not that I need a cuff to tell me.

My favorite snus of the day is right after the gym when i am enjoying the lower blood pressure effect from Cardio workout. I know what my heart is doing all the time, I have learned to listen to it, it tried to tell me something was wrong, but I was not listening.

This is what I do, it is quite easy to step down to 8mg snus, you use a few more for the first few days but then yo settle back into the 8mgs, when you go back on the starks yo use less, get back to normal then go down to 8mgs again. I tend to do it because of the snus I happen to take out the freezer or feel like using. I am on an 8mg kick atm but last month I hardly didn't have a sterk or an extreme in my mouth. I find its easier too if I am using a snus I like the taste of too

Lynx23, don't worry. I use ES Snus all day, ( Extreme Los ) and love it. I've heard it does raise your blood pressure a little when you use it though, but so far, it hasn't done me any harm. But Roo is right, look after your self, stop worrying and you'll be fine. Maybe you could switch back and forth, say a strong Snus then a regular 8 or 9 mg Snus, and so on, if that would make you feel better.

You could smoke for a couple of days which would then make it easier to step down to 8mg snus which may be easier to buy.
