Anyone else ever gotten these?
I just got one today. It's my second one ever.

Basically it's a white pimple like thing under the tongue. It's quite annoying and I have tried to pop this one but it woke dammit.

Supposedly it's harmless but it's one of the most annoying things ever!

Occasionally have TINY ones on the inside of my lower lip.
In my case at least, it's just a super thin layer of skin growing over a salivary gland.
One poke with something sharp and it's gone. Mind you, it's barely 1mm across.

Rinse several times a day with strong salt water, leaving in the mouth for extended time. This will draw out the fluid without rupturing the skin and risking infection, should only take a day or two.

Or stab it - but with all the crazy antibiotic resistant infections around these days, I would advise against it.
