You know what's really good for those who love tobasco? Take a little amount of mayonnaise and mix with some tobasco, makes an absolutely delicious spicy mayonnaise that is amazing on hamburgers, grilled cheese, anything where you would want aspicy sauce. I use so much tobasco that it's barely even mayo anymore, just a solid red sauce. Absolutely delicious, and just as versatile as tobasco so it can be used on lots of things.
Chili!

I can't take it too hot, but I do enjoy the chili.
There's a sandwich shop I drive 45 minutes to get to for a sandwich sometimes...it's that good. They have a wing challenge there where they make their own sauce. If you can eat six wings in ten minutes you win. The payoff is only a $25 gift certificate...imo it's not worth shitting fire for three days but I've watched several people try. So far 33 people have tried and only 3 have completed it. They say it's 1.5m Scovilles.

I like hot spices in general, but I've never eaten anything that came with a scoville count. I find hot chilis (the normal stuff that's sold in the supermarket, fresh, or soaked in salt-water) very tasty as a side-dish, but these "chili-speciality-restaurants" where you have to sign first, that you will not hold the cook responsable for any injury, certainly wouldn't be for me.
Cheers!

So far this is the hottest of the hot that I've had:

Yes, it's an extract, but the only thing comparable to it would be pouring a can of pepper spray on your food. The odor burns, and I made the mistake of getting some on my finger and wiping my eye AND my nose (got inside my nose)..let me tell you, that was a difficult day in my life hahah

OH man you guys, last night my wife ordered some Thai food right, and I was like "Yah I like it spicy" (all dishes come in mild, medium, spicy). Thai food is notoriously hot so I figured the spicy option would be good. My wife misunderstood and ordered extra spicy, like add spicyness to the hottest option kinda spicy. So I get this curry which is blood red from all the chili shit in there, and I eat it. Everyone else tried a bite and freaked out for like 15 minutes, for me it was just about right, wasn't too spicy but had a little kick. But then came the heartburn where I thought I was having a heart attack. Then I stayed up untill 3 am last night violently shitting repeatedly at close intervals. Like I shit upstairs, then went downstairs to get water and I had to use the dowstairs bathroom before I came up. I was trying to go to bed at 12 but ended up missing that by 3 hours purely because every time I laid down I had to shit fire.
Good ass curry though, but damn it was trying to violently burst out from my stomach like in one of those Alien movies or something.

I used to eat a lot of spicy food but haven't nearly as much in recent years since nobody else in the house likes it. My folks brought me back a sauce called "Colon Cleaner" from the states recently. Haven't opened it yet and I'm a bit reluctant lol.
