So I get this curry which is blood red from all the chili shit in there, and I eat it. Everyone else tried a bite and freaked out for like 15 minutes, for me it was just about right, wasn't too spicy but had a little kick. But then came the heartburn where I thought I was having a heart attack. Then I stayed up untill 3 am last night violently shitting repeatedly at close intervals. Like I shit upstairs, then went downstairs to get water and I had to use the dowstairs bathroom before I came up. I was trying to go to bed at 12 but ended up missing that by 3 hours purely because every time I laid down I had to shit fire.

Good ass curry though, but damn it was trying to violently burst out from my stomach like in one of those Alien movies or something.
    Made my day :P

I have all the ingredients to make this and I'm gonna whip up a batch tomorrow! Sounds excellent.

I used to eat a lot of spicy food but haven't nearly as much in recent years since nobody else in the house likes it. My folks brought me back a sauce called "Colon Cleaner" from the states recently. Haven't opened it yet and I'm a bit reluctant lol.

So far this is the hottest of the hot that I've had:
    http://www.amazon.com/mad-dog-Satans.../dp/B0033P2RN2

Yes, it's an extract, but the only thing comparable to it would be pouring a can of pepper spray on your food. The odor burns, and I made the mistake of getting some on my finger and wiping my eye AND my nose (got inside my nose)..let me tell you, that was a difficult day in my life hahah

Yeah sometimes it goes a bit over the top.. Personally I like experiencing with really hot chilis, but the ones that are more mild are the best.

I can't take it too hot, but I do enjoy the chili.

There's a sandwich shop I drive 45 minutes to get to for a sandwich sometimes...it's that good. They have a wing challenge there where they make their own sauce. If you can eat six wings in ten minutes you win. The payoff is only a $25 gift certificate...imo it's not worth shitting fire for three days but I've watched several people try. So far 33 people have tried and only 3 have completed it. They say it's 1.5m Scovilles.

You know what's really good for those who love tobasco? Take a little amount of mayonnaise and mix with some tobasco, makes an absolutely delicious spicy mayonnaise that is amazing on hamburgers, grilled cheese, anything where you would want aspicy sauce. I use so much tobasco that it's barely even mayo anymore, just a solid red sauce. Absolutely delicious, and just as versatile as tobasco so it can be used on lots of things.

Man I put hot sauce on literally everything. I'd put hot sauce in my drinks if I could find the right flavor

I'm planning on making some of my own once I get these chili peppers grown. The guy at the localo hydroponic store has these two huge ghost chili bushes growing. I've never tried ghost chili but I hear it's pretty brutal and can actually injur you in the right quantities.

But on the daily I use tapatio, sriracha, cholula, tobasco (especially the red and the green ones), franks red hot, and a host of smaller local ones I find at the local grocery store. I probably try a new hot suace out every month at least if not more. There is no other food item I like quite like hot sauce. I can drink it straight from the bottle. Doesn't even make me shit fire either for some reason.

... and I found a recipe to make your own:

Combine in a small pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer:

1 cup hot chili peppers*, stem and seeds removed and coarsely chopped
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, coarsely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    ¼ cup onions, diced
1 plum tomato, skin removed and diced
    8 whole cloves
    3/4 cup distilled white vinegar
    ½ teaspoon kosher salt.
    4 teaspoons sugar

Once the mixture begins to bubble, reduce heat to low, cover and continue to simmer until peppers are tender—about 10 minutes.

Take the sauce off the heat and let it cool until it’s at a safe temperature for handling. Pour into a blender and purée.

Pour the sauce into a 2-cup size glass or ceramic bowl and let it sit (with loose paper towel on top) until cool.

The sauce may be used as a thick puree OR strain through a fine sieve or food mill if you prefer it more of a liquid hot sauce.

Keep refrigerated in a sealed jar. Will last up to three months. Makes about 1 ½ cups.
