it's more of a physical thing - it's all in the head -

most people can't go on with their life and are bound to depression when quitting nicotine - I am a member of a quit smoking forum and can tell - most people are so used to nicotine it is part of their life (I'm one of them) lool

it's a tough thing to quit - and true - nicotine is harder to quit than cocaine

The Royal College of Physicians reported that a lot of nicotine users end up permanently changing their brain in that they want nicotine forever. Others don't seem to be affected.
