Some of those agencies offer tours in the country where the women live. I would try that if you can afford it.

It is much better to actually meet these women in person then to take big measures through the internet.
Definately take a extended trip to go actually meet the women you are writing to. You would be surprised at how different a one on one is verses a email relationship. Been there and done that, but ended up meeting my foreign bride right in my own town. I definately did the rent to own/multiple visits to Europe over a couple a years before we married.

ALmost forgot, you can also apply for a 3 month foreign bride visa. This way the gal can come and visit you but no harm if you dont get married.

I feel sorry for guys who are dating these days. My dating experience is very limited and I'm glad. My wife and I met when we were 16 and have been together for almost 21 years.

I work with people of all ages and types and here is my two cents on southern women (living in the south and all):

I've never seen a worse sack of shit men that I see in the south. No lie, I have dealt with at least 30 abused women in the 5 years since I've lived in North Carolina.

This has to be the most backwards ass place on earth. It's no surprise that women are a bunch of bitches. If you had to come home to some lazy ass slob with no job who drank and beat you you would probably be a nasty person too.

Best of luck to you man. If I had to pick I would be looking at former eastern block countries though

I was at a local bar not too long ago and there was this girl in her early twenties all over me (she was drunk), gorgeous too, like model material and I blew her off in favor of a chick who was 45. I probably could have nailed the young girl in the bar bathroom, but I had to put effort forward to get the older chick, but damn it was well worth it

In all seriousness, I do have to take exception to this. Having been born, raised and spent most of my life here, I can say that the majority of Southern men are not "sacks o' shit." I certainly don't consider myself to be that way and I've never, ever raised a hand to any woman. I don't really think I'm an exception to the rule either. Now, depending on where you are in Western NC, it may still hold true for your area. Some spots in the mountains always did seem more backwards to me.
