Dating/marrying foreign women.

This is a weird topic for me, but I'd like some input.

I've been single and in the dating world for about 3 years now. I've grown really, really tired of American women.

I don't know what happened between the Donna Reed era and now, but wow, women these days are.....something else.

Regardless, after dating around I've found American women don't have what it takes to maintain any kind of relationship.

So a friend of mine told me about his wife - she's from Asia, and he said that foreign women are much better than American women. I had dinner with them last week then went to their home for coffee and she is a really kind and considerate woman.

So I'm giving some thought into looking into a foreign woman.

Anyone have any thoughts/experience on this?

My girlfriend is Vietnamese, we've been together for over six years now. She was born in the U.S. to parents that immigrated after the war, so she is as American as you can get. But growing up in a traditional Vietnamese home has its perks. One time when we were arguing over something, she told her mother about it. Her mom told her that the reason I was upset must have been because she wasn't taking care of her "womanly duties" enough. I had a great couple of weeks after that.

I say go for it. No matter what happens, it will be an interesting experience.

Oh, and she never gives me shit about snus/tobacco use (especially since I quit cigarettes).

As monkey said, make sure they are already a citizen, or don't give a **** about being a citizen. Some whores have motivation to marry a citizen, get citizenship then **** them over.

Yeah I'm looking into agencies and whatnot, I think I'm going to be quite selective over it. But it's at least worth exploring. After seeing what American women are all about - yeahhhhhh, I'm good on that

I have a buddy who is in his late forties and was never married till like 2 years ago. He met this woman from Asia in her 30's on some chat room and ended up moving her and her 12 year old son over here. They are now married and just had a baby like 8 months ago. He is extremely happy and she turned out to be a great gal. I was kinda worried for him during the dating and moving thing but it appears all is well now..... I say go for it. F#ck these little American princesses......

I never considered that American women might be the problem. If you find a good site let me know. You could be the ambassador of snus and Asian women. The second one sounds MUCH cooler. My Dad did marry a woman from Thailand and they split soon after they got to the states. I never asked him what happened but that is what made me shy away from trying this before.

There's apparently websites that run background checks on the guys that sign up, and they background check the women that sign up - apparently it's like eHarmony run by the CIA with Asian chicks wanting to meet American dudes. But it's VERY thorough, and if you meet someone they help you with the Visa process every step of the way, and prior to that they interview your family/their family - sounds very safe, I'm reading up on them right now
