Finally just broke down and bought some Original Copenhagen Pouches. I'm liking this but just upper decked one and well,,, it's a habit now to just let the drip trickle down my throat as being a snus'R and not so cool I got damn heartburn and acid reflux now. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I've got some Cope Snuff/ELC mix is now.
My tastes change all the time it seems. I'm now thinking I prefer the original flavor best.
Monday, I might get a 5 can log of original Cope Long Cut.

I currently have open cans of Grizzly long cut wintergreen and Skoal wintergreen pouches. I also have an as yet unopened can of Skoal wintergreen long cut.

        I really like the Grizzly.

I had a coupon for a free can of Red Man dip, so I picked up a can of the Long Cut Straight. After buying some Copen Snuff a few days back, I don't want to get fine cut anymore, because I really don't see the betterness of it(if at all), and I don't like wintergreen, and that's the only 3 kinds they have.

I do wanna bitch about how many stores(Kroger) has their tobacco stuff way across the counter on the back wall, so you kinda have to lean over it and squint to see what they even have, and they more than often have a person working the counter that doesn't have a clue as to what they even sell. I wanted Timber Wolf Natural Long Cut, and I "guess" they didn't have it, as "we" could not find it, same with Longhorn NLC, so I just got the Red Man SLC.

Whew, is it hot out, stopped at store after band practice for 3 hours. Really tired and hot, and in a sorta daze, as practice is so loud and I forgot my earplugs.

Anyway, I have some of this RMSLC in now, and it's not bad at all. I was hoping it wasn't too old a can, as it didn't have the new lid/label.

I'm still wanting try Timber Wolf Natural LC, and so again, stopped at this tobacco store today, after having Chinese buffet for lunch, and they did not have it, I also tried to use a coupon I have for Copen LC, and they didn't have that, so I left with Grizzly 1900, and just put some in, seems a bit saltier than I remember, but it may be because I just ate Chinese. Anyway, Grizz 1900 is one of my fave dips, and dare I say it, but I think I like this more then original Copen LC.

I was at a gas station on Saturday and on the counter was a plastic case with the Grizzly logo on it. I picked it up and opened it and it contained one can of some kind of Grizzly in a really cool looking silver can.

I don't remember what kind it was, though it may have been Grizzly Snuff.

I've sorta wanted one of those cases, but I want one with a dip in it that I like, and the 2 times I saw them, they didn't have the one's I like.

I agree! Even my local tabacco shop which used to have a row of smokeless prodcuts to browse, now has everthing behind a counter. I was told that this had to do with the new regualtions.

I try to avoid buying snuff anywhere except online or tobacco stores I'm familiar with and know that they keep a pretty fresh stock. It's a pain to have to spend five minutes telling the clerk what you want and describing the can to them. I almost got into an argument one time with a clerk who told me they did not have Timberworlf natural fine cut or long cut, even though I kept pointing to both right behind him!

As per other thread. So much for my quest to find some Grizzly 1900. The normal round of Sheetz - Walmart - Giant Eagle on the way home = Struck out again. 30 some flavors + of skoal and the more common Grizzly's, Longhorn's, whatnot's but again I couldn't even buy what I wanted in dip @ a 'brick n mortar' to try.

                        WTF!!! I'm PiSSeD!

Okay, I FINALLY found something talked about on here that I was able to actually obtain at a local Sheetz and use one of my $1 off coupons.

                          TimberWolf Finecut Natural

Haven't cracked the tin yet but noticing the "warning label" was actually difficult to find and its in small grayish print that kinda clashes and is hidden under the bright red backdrop on the one side only. Their BIG "WIN Moist Snuff for a Year" is the huge one and plastered on the side of the tin AND on top, lolzzz.

So obviously this leads to my ? of concern. Wtf are the chances of this dip being any good since it was obviously made well before FDA req.s back on the 6/23rd and on the bottom it has some sort of code stamped I can't make out the date if it is in there? = J060A0827

The last 2 cans I bought, within a few days, both did not have the new label lids, and both were in good shape.

Cope snuff, marinated with jim bean bourbon = copenhagen black. Don't know if you remember when that was out. But to me that was the be all end all of dip.
