
This particular T-Shirt I had selected as my bonus points item from an order back on 5/23/2010 has shown as being in stock in both Sweden and the USA all along yet my invoice/shipment of snus product has all made it to me EXCEPT this T-shirt. The invoice received with my initial order in the box had a hand written (circle) around said item and a stamp up top saying something to the effect of:
"Sorry,,, Item out of stock, Computer Error..."
I know this isn't the end of the world or anything, hell it's a free item anyhow right?, but I'm kinda boned about not ever receiving it YET still seeing the status remain as if it were available in stock...
I've sent 2 inquires about this via Northerner and have got back 1 reply a week + ago acknowledging but not really telling me anything. This is just becoming a bit of a pet peave at this point.
Anyone else have any issue(s) receiving said "Bonus Points" products? I know most of the bitch threads are about not receiving snus orders in 7 days, ect...
