    Northerner: Bonus Points products discrepancy?



    This particular T-Shirt I had selected as my bonus points item from an order back on 5/23/2010 has shown as being in stock in both Sweden and the USA all along yet my invoice/shipment of snus product has all made it to me EXCEPT this T-shirt. The invoice received with my initial order in the box had a hand written (circle) around said item and a stamp up top saying something to the effect of:

    "Sorry,,, Item out of stock, Computer Error..."

    I know this isn't the end of the world or anything, hell it's a free item anyhow right?, but I'm kinda boned about not ever receiving it YET still seeing the status remain as if it were available in stock...

    I've sent 2 inquires about this via Northerner and have got back 1 reply a week + ago acknowledging but not really telling me anything. This is just becoming a bit of a pet peave at this point.

    Anyone else have any issue(s) receiving said "Bonus Points" products? I know most of the bitch threads are about not receiving snus orders in 7 days, ect...

    Sorry for the mild rant, it's just this is the kinda shit that drives me nUts.

    I order some snus on monday, and I used my bonus points to get this exact shirt. My shipment should be in today or tomorrow at the latest, I will keep you posted.

        Looks like it hasn't even shipped yet!!!??? I order (10) cans of Thunder Frost (5) cans of Roda Lacket (1) can of Ozona Orange, and the snus shirt. I emailed customer service to see what was holding this order up, so again I'll keep you infromed.

          Below is the reply they just sent me:

          "We are very sorry about the delay, unfortunately the Thunder and Röda Lacket has been on back order in our US warehouse, and this is the reason for the delay. Your snus will be shipped out as soon as we receive the snus back in stock. Do you want to replace to one different brand or wait? If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to contact us again."

          Didn't say anything about the T-shirt though, but would have been nice of them to supply that information on the website before I ordered it. I wonder if I could get the same price as Thunder is for replacing it with Onxy?

            Exactly my point. Misinformation via their website HAS unfortunately caused me issue in the past and after (weeks) to make the damn correction, does become very disheartening to say the least. I mean if the ****in shirt is OUT OF STOCK then fix the damn thing to say so.

            Don't leave us hanging!

              Kind of like the 1-3 days it's been for Odens Es Lakrits to be restocked for the last several weeks? I don't know why something like that would upset anyone...

              In fairness, I may have issues with their inventory practices, but whenever I've had a problem with an order, they've always done everything they could to fix it. In the past, they've sent me the wrong snus, and sent a can/roll of whatever I was supposed to get and let me keep what was sent by mistake free. In most regards, it's a top notch company. I suspect part of why things might be a bit less than perfect is that they've got a lot on their plate right now. Between PACT garbage to deal with, rolling out B&M distribution and whatever else they may have going on, they're pretty damn busy. They still take time to come on and post the odd reply, so they're doing better for us than most companies would.

                Yea, same for the oden's ES Kanel lös which I happen to have a 10ct (I believe) awaiting and paid for but at least this one is marked via my packing slip online as -pending- whereas the T-shirt & now Blå snus I was shorted shows online as shipped and only on my received packing slip marked in pen w/ circle is it noted not being sent.

                But I know what you mean about being a decent company overall (at least in the past) and they are likely overwhelmed with the pre-PACT rush and all...

                I just wish I wouldn't be left out there in 'limbo' kinda like my Ex would treat me when the mAgiC box was closed for business... Sometimes silence sucks!

                  By all means I am not bashing this company, I received that reply in 10-15 mins after I sent my email to them. I just really want to know if this stuff ships out after the Pact Act goes into effect, if I will be bombarded with the federal, state, and local taxes. If this is the case I will possibly change my order. I would think that they would have (1) factory worker who works around the supply, checking the amount, and if the supply did run out give him the responsiblity to update the site. In the end I think that they will make the situation better.

                    Still no shirt from the order last month

                    BUT

                    Thankfully, I got my 6 remaining tins of Blå snus ordered through GetSnus via Northerner in a brown envelope today already. Note: This order was just made this past week.

                    WHAT IS UP WITH MY T-SHIRT FROM MAY 23rd ORDER???
