      I can't agree more with the original posters issues I have had these problems with them since they opened the US warehouse before that these things never happened and I always got my order from sweden in 5 days.I was so happy when I found getsnus because there was no annoying ordeal involved with every order.I have one to add to they charge your card even if the item is out of stock (or as they say in stock 1 to 3 days) LOL............Yea right...........that system needs to go if it just said backordered with no expected date that is truthful to the situation they really need to change that before they piss off someone who might even sue them for misleading business practices.If even that is possible I'm no lawyer but it's not right to operate like that.It's been 2 weeks since I ordered 20 odens op the charged my credit card already and I even got a $1.50 foreign transaction fee so that makes no sense I thought they did business here in the US.They say I can pick something else but thunder is out of stock too I did get a fast response to the email.I'm not sure if volcanic ash is delaying my order or what but northerner can't even tell me when they will have my order in stock but they charge my card and cost me a buck fifty that I won't get back.Copenhagen long cut for me until this gets resolved I guess.FYI I have to bitch like this every time with northerner to make anything happen with my order Fredrick saw a forum post last time and helped me.

          piss poor order support.. I got stuck in the pre 23rd crap i got all BUT my oden es los and sent repeated emails. they say it was sent so i asked what route... still waiting on onsided reply but guess what since the 16th nothing...

          i am about to get nasty for a refund or product.

              They are good. Shipping costs a little more, but you will get your order. Getsnus also seems to be slowly getting their game in order. Finally got my order, and the 2nd part is on the way. I had said I would not use them again, but I do see an effort so maybe I was a little quick to leave them. Still not sure, but I am sure they want to get us our snus. Maybe some growing pains going on or something.
              I hope they continue to improve so that my last two experiences with them is not repeated.

                But then it's seemingly not Northerner Distribution's fault that Northerner Manufacturing won't have the WON (Wise/Oomph/Northerner) Snus available for at least another 10 days.

                That still doesn't explain, though, the PENDING Thunder Berry Blend Extra Strong Portion that I questioned Getsnus about, but have still not heard anything!!

                It's a good thing that, like you, I have thick skin!!


                Now, where's that medicated lotion??

                    Snuscentral is fulfilled with buysnus. I have now ordered from both. With all my orders from them, I get fast shipping I ordered with snuscentral this last order to get the 10% first time discount. I ordered yesterday, and I already have a tracking number and likely will get my snus on Monday.

                    A few points to ponder. buysus/snuscentral has to charge a higher shipping, it starts at about 20 bucks, so you will need to order a decent amount of snus to make it worthwhile. For US peoples... they are not collecting US state sales tax, so the reflected immediate out of pocket costs especially for those high tax states is going to make it cheaper. (of course we know you will do the right thing and send that tax owed to your state... right?) So an order from either buysnus or snuscentral will initially cost less than buying from northerner.

                    Snuscentral is a bit cheaper than the prices shown on buysnus. However if your buying in US dollars, just change the currency on the buysnus site to Euros and save a few bucks. Check the exchange rate first, and check with your credit/debit card company for any charges. Mine only charges 1 dollar for the conversion. So on a test order for 190 something USD I calculated it would cost me only 174 when I changed the currency to Euros.I think snuscentral works with the proper conversion rates and only accepts USD anyway.

                    As long as you have the ability to be around when the UPS truck shows up (I have mine sent to work) your shipment will show up in a timely fashion.

                    Your info says Southwest Asia, I can't speak for that side of the world as I am in the US, but I will be ordering from buysnus in the future.

                      Mr. Snuffleupagus, I was just about to raise the point you did. Now, on the one hand, I understand I'm lucky to have gotten a free mini-fridge from a friend who moved which allows me the space to store a fair amount of snus. I appreciate not everyone has the opportunity to do this. I've also been frustrated by my orders with Northerner lately (I know you used GetSnus, but they're the same thing), and I'd really like it if the Northerner got a new inventory system that actually showed what was in stock properly. But it's hardly anyone's fault but your own if you run out of snus when you wait until the last minute to place an order. Some people order when they get down to 20 cans to ensure a constant supply. Having this much doesn't seem like an option you'd like, or else it's not one that you can choose for whatever reason. But honestly, give yourself a little more of a buffer. Maybe place your orders when you get down to 5 cans instead of waiting until you've only got two. If you knew you lived an hour one way from the nearest place with beer, and you were having a party with 10 people, you wouldn't wait until you were down to the last two beers to go get some more if you wanted to keep the brew flowing. I'd go when there were only 12 or so left if more were needed, so that everybody wasn't waiting one me.

                      The short version, I feel the OP's pain on some of his points, but the main problem lies with the fact that he waited too long before placing an order.

                        Like it was said. there shipping is more if you make a small order, but if you order multiple rolls it ends up being cheaper or about the same.
