          Sorry, don't see the humor. If I order items that are truly in stock from Northerner, it takes 3-days to get to me. So If I'm receiving my new order when I am just at my last two cans... where's the humor? I'd rather order what I need instead of "freezing" extra.

          Unless you're referring to snus users having patterns, then yeah nicotine imparts weird behavior. I've been a Cope users for years/decades. Having to go back to Cope while waiting for my snus sucks!

            Your pattern of scheduling your orders so they arrive when you are down to a couple cans is a joke. You are setting yourself up for failure. Shit happens, especially with the mail. I don't care what you do, but if you are setting your self up for failure, then don't complain when it doesn't work out.

            I just find it kinda funny in part because of how much things have changed. I remember when we had to order from Sweden, every time. It was normal to take 2 weeks, and we all planned on 3-4 weeks just in case something happened.

            Hey, it sucks to run out of snus. But you need to take some responsibility for your situation IMO.

            I guess it's also funny to me because everytime I order from Northerner nowadays, it gets to me in 2-3 days using Priority Mail, and even when they are out of something they ship what they have and resend the rest when they get it and eat the extra shipping cost.

            So yeah, all this Northerner bashing basically makes me laugh.

            Honestly, I don't think some people will be happy until Northerner sends them an Oompa Loompa with the order to switch out your prilla for you as well.

              The bolded is key. I know I've bitched in the past about some issues with Northerner but all in all they do make it right. And let's face it folks. I know PACT hasn't kicked in yet and who knows wtf will happen regarding pricing once it does BUT, they (Northerner & GetSnus) have certainly treated us USA customers fairly regarding pricing as of late. Hell, as mentioned in some other threads, many tins have dropped X cents rather than gone up during a time when we are all nervous and ordering higher quantities than usual and running up balances on our CC's. I do give them credit for this as they could be busting our asses ala how some (other) retailers of various product tend to do when demand rises.

                    I'm the OP, not once in my original post or subsequent posts have I bashed Northerner. In fact I think some of what I wrote actually gave them some kudos as far as shipping goes. To reiterate, I have always had success with Northerner and my ordering schedule, it was just this one time that I ordered with a different company, that I got caught in the middle of a business change. I didn't even know about this change until after I had ordered from GetSnus and visited some of the forums.

                    So again, I have no issue with any other snus company other than the recent debacle with getSnus.

                    The OP is more about doing business in general. I'm not looking for freebies, oompah loompas, to compensate me for errors on a company's behalf. I do expect communication. With the turn key software systems that are available today, it is easy to have your software automatically generate an email to a customer when the systems sees that a product is OoS (out-of-stock). For some of the ecommerce software applications out there that may not be as automated, it is still easy enough to manually shoot out an email informing the customer and offering suggestions/choices.

                    And here's the main thing, every time I have communicated with them (GetSnus) I brought to their attention the problem, and more importantly offered explanations as to how to remedy the issues. On this forum and in my communication with the company I have always offered suggestions and possible solutions to the issues.

                    There are some people who bitch, I'm not bitching here in this forum nor to the companies. I like to think I am making them aware of ways to help them run their business better through better communication with their customer base.

                    One of my bibles... a book written by Jeffrey Gitomer titled; "Customer Satisfaction is Worthless... Customer Loyalty is Priceless." How to make customers love you, keep them coming back and tell everyone they know.

                        Ok, I feel bad for jumping on your case about this. Please forgive me. I got a little sensitive about the subject because of all the threads that popped up lately. SnusOn is a great place and I hope you enjoy your stay here. I understand that you probably did not mean to stir this up, so I apologize.

                        To answer your question, I don't think what you are looking for exists right now. If you want shipping from the USA, you get Northerner/Getsnus. If you want other options, they are all in Sweden. Buysnus is popular. I don't think any of these have phone numbers and the kind of customer service we are used to in the states. You might be able to find a B&M shop locally that sells General snus.

                        Anyways, Welcome to SnusOn! For real.

                                Buysnus as never treated me wrong. They even sent me an extra bulletproof tin! Cause mine was scratched, and they padded the shit out of it! Buysnus has always fixed my mistakes, and their prices are amazing for rolls. Considering I got so many referrals, I usually get half off a roll about once every two weeks. From doing nothing! it was hard work, but it paid off
