Anyone else have a bad experience with GetSnus.com?

Getsnus is fantastic...Quickest service and best prices....Got to be a way to fix the ID thing....It's a computer problem that you can figure out......PS to parrots...While I am sure you find it amusing to picture yourself urinating on Obama, I think it is offensive...I can take a joke as well as the next guy but....Why do you hate him so?

I have the same problem with the ID software issue. I'm just too lazy to fax a copy of my driver's license so I just call.

I have heard of a few instances of people having problems with the age verification routine that getsnus has in place.
What is weird to me is that I never did anything other than click an agreement that I was of age, I never did have any age verification aside from that.

I've spoken to one really good lady with their customer service line. Then I've spoken to another woman there that was extremely rude. She cut me off in the middle of a question I was asking trying to get me off the phone. I think they need to closely review the people they have working the phones there.

I'm very happy to report that I've just exchanged e-mails with Bob, and I think we have everything resolved. I was very impressed that he took the time to e-mail me after 10 PM on a Saturday. Now that's customer service above and beyond the call of duty! Bob is a real gentleman, and seems to want to do everything in his power to make things right.

BTW, we discussed the browser issue. Bob tells me that GetSnus.com's IT department tested the site thoroughly to make sure it works in all major web browsers, including Firefox, and quite a few minor browsers, to boot.

All's well that ends well, boys and girls. I'm more than satisfied, so give me a choir robe and we'll all sing a Hallelujah to Bob and GetSnus.com!

The one time I had a problem with Getsnus was the first order I placed, they couldnt verify my age from my card so I took a pic of my ID and e-mailed it to them and have had no problems since.
