    I'm afraid you have to log into your account on northerner.com and then contact customer support. They will take care of you there. noreply@northerner.com means that you can't reply to the email...

    I will talk with our programmers about this issue because I think one shouldn't need to contact customer support through a website but just send an email. We will sort it out. But please contact customer support through northerner.com in the meantime. You always get response through there!

      Yes Frank, it sucks having to go thru the site to contact you or northerner.
      Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of the people I killed because they were annoying......





      I've been wrong lots of times.  Lots of times I've thought I was wrong only to find out that I was right in the beginning.

        Agreed, would be good if we were able to e-mail Northerner through our mail accounts rather than through the website form.

          Sometimes they do NOT respond. It is a pain to go back and re-send messages, not to mention filling an inbox with complaints. I just vent over here.

          PP-my snus is like having a baby It is my second passion next to my actual children. I re-hydrated that snus, but you know how I feel about how it was packaged. I just didn't want to see it happen again. That was why I voiced my concern. That and I was p*ssed, LOL.

          I certainly don't mind waiting. Heck, I have gotten used to waiting on men, so why not snus?! What got my goat was being told it had been shipped two times, and still getting nothing. I am not out for free snus, I just want my original order, at this point I wouldn't care if all 4 cans of C/V were busted...I just want my lost snus *wahhhhh*

            I've used Northerner for quite some time and have always gotten a response when I emailed them. :shock: Although I didn't send it to the "noreply@northerner.com" address, wouldn't expect a reply from that address though. :wink:

              I'm going on two weeks without an order and it is pissing me off becuase they won't reply to either of the e-mails I sent this wed. and thurs.

              I placed my order on jan 1 and they said it shipped jan 2. NOW, if they like effin around and taking some time off in the begining of the year and, lets say, the invoice read shipped, but really didnt. I DONT CARE.

              EDIT: Northerner did email me and now the order was shipped on 1-05, not 1-02.

              i would highly suggest northerner fix their glitch because the ship date on the online invoice never seems to be accurate.

                Ya'll need to wait at least 2 weeks before being concerned. After that it would be ok to email the supplier to find out what happened. 8 or 10 days or whatever just isn't enough time anymore to get it shipped to the US. So please be patient.


                Christy, try adding 2 drops of coffee to each coffe/van portion. Its a nice surprize.

                    After my visit to Sweden in April 2001 on a business trip I started purchasing from Frank at The Northerner, there were no other reliable on-line stores at the time from which to purchase Snus that I was aware of.

                    I know as Snus consumers today we now have other choices as where to purchase our Snus and there are several good on-line shops but I continue to support Frank and The Northerner.

                    I can only think of two or three times in nine years I have had to contact them for a customer service issue.

                    Their investment in a US based distribution center is a testament to their commitment for quality and service to the US market.

                      I live in EU and the Fedex 3 day shipping Northerner offer for EU deliveries is cheap and very efficient.

                      If you used standard swiss post it does take longer and your order was right across the christmas rush so all post is slower.

                      My advice if you are in the EU use the Fedex Int 3 day delivery service is efficient and you get a tracking number.

                      I did what you said, in my last order to a friend, and you were right, the items were delivered in 3 days.

                      thanks for the advice, i was too hard on northerner, when it's Swiss post's fault not them

                        Your order has been reshipped in 2 parts, one january 11 and the other january 14. The slight delay on the reshipments are due to a national holiday we had here, we are sorry about that. You should receive the snus soon.

                          I'm sorry to derive slightly from the subject of this thread by I have a question for you who seem to have communicated a lot with Northerners customer service -
                          Who do you contact them and how long does it take before you get an answer?
                          I use the online form to send them messages and I have got no answer regarding my lost or delayed delivery although I've sent three messages in the laps of one and a half week. :-(

                              the contact form on the northerner site has always worked well for me.

                              northerner has always been very responsive, the only time i haven't gotten what i ordered was when the manufacturer discontinued the product altogether
