    It's been 3 weeks since I placed an order at Northerner, and still no snus... should I be getting worried?

      OK,
      I placed an order just after Christmas and was told it was partially shipped" ( all but 1 can which shipped 1 week later). Well, the 1 can that shipped later arrived, which begs me to ask the question, have you guys n' gals ever had orders "lost" in the mail?
      I've sent an email to Northerner, but am still waiting to hear back.

        I've only had one order, thru another online shop, lost in the mail. Ironically, it was sent thru the Swedish post and not the Swiss post but, since my mail goes thru the O'Hare sorting center here in Chicago, I'm shocked that only one of my orders has been lost! :shock:

          Guys i was thinking about placeing a non tobacco order on northerner to try out a few different swedish coffees, aswell as a can or two of the non tobacco snus. Will Northerner clearly state to canadian customs that its a 100% tobacco free order? I dont want to have a mix up and end up with taxes that shouldnt be there

              i ordered coffee and snus about a week ago, i got the box today and the decleration of contents sticker says snus, candy so i guess your order would just say candy

                Ok i would hope so. Ive mentioned in a different thread that some guy had a hard time with customs and his non tobacco snus order of XQS i was scared it might happen to me also.

                  I once had something from Northerner lost in the mail or delivered to the wrong house. I sent them a email and they said they would re send it. I am waiting for it now.

                      I finally got my order all was well. Just keep sending messages via the web shop site and eventually you will get a response.

                        Thanks Christi. This is frustrating as hell. I've sent 5 emails now and sent a PM to Frank on this site with no response from anyone with Northerner.

                          I had some of the Offroad Los on order, and I noticed it hasn't shipped yet, and I ordered it like 2 weeks ago, so I sent them an email and told them to just change it to portions.

                          And even though they didn't do anything wrong, it was just a simple back order issue, they changed the order and said they were going to throw in a free can of Nick & Johnny.

                          Good experience, here.

                            Something does not sound right. Sometimes the shipping can take 2 weeks by Swiss Post but Northerner always has great service. They have always replied quickly to any e mails I send to them and I cannot imagine you sending 5 emails without any response from them. Just the other day, I was having problems on snus.com (a Northerner site) with the payex system and they helped me out immediately. I also sent an email to Northerner.com yesterday about adding certain products and there was a reply in my email this morning. I would just make sure that you send your comments through their website. Also, check your spam filters on your e mail box and check your spam folder as well. Your e mail system may be blocking their replies.

                              I used a different email address to contact Northerner and Viola! A response within 45 minutes. I feel like such a schmuck. ops:

                              I checked my junk folder on my regular email and no responses, I guess I need to ddelve a little deeper to find out why I wasn't receiving any emails from northerner.

                                For those in the US, why would you order from Northerner? I don't mean that as a bash, but just a question. Is it because u are getting something from Northerner than no one else has? It seems getsnus.com, buysnus.com, and clubsnus.com all have awesome delivery times in the US, and it seems Northerner takes weeks, even if everything goes smoothly. So besides exclusive products, why would anyone in the US order from them with those kinds of wait times, and the problems mentioned in this thread?
