Honestly, I'd start by carrying the brands Getsnus doesn't have. That'll give you a way of differentiating yourself from the start, then you can concentrate on filling in the blanks later.

That works for me as Getsnus doesn't carry anything I like. Basically, you can leave Swedish Match out, I just don't really use any of their products. But I DO buy from every other snus maker. ALL Getsnus carries is Swedish Match and V2 products. So carry V2 along with everyone else, a HUGE deal.

i dont really think you can just leave out swedish match and expect your business to flourish. its got a lot of mainstay snus for a lot of people.
