Well, you already carry General White, and Los so that takes care of most of what I'd want. I've yet to find a wintergreen that gets me riled up. So your Nordic Ice and Klondike sounds interesting. I dig that 9.95 deal but must wait till pay day and I will order it.

Honestly, I'd start by carrying the brands Getsnus doesn't have. That'll give you a way of differentiating yourself from the start, then you can concentrate on filling in the blanks later.
This sounds like a good marketing ideal. By offering products not available from the "other" U.S. online retailer, you'll draw business to your new store that otherwise would have gone to international retailers.
Then, after you add in the brands that are available from US retailers, you'll not only retain more of your customers business, but may also get others to come over from them.
But to be safe, I would carrry some of the higher selling items that your competitor has. Perhaps just narrow down the 'Big' brands you'll carry at first.
Mix a little of the popular (General White, General Extra Sterk loose) with things others don't have (Granit, Elixyr).
