Maybe snus-based tobacco-cartridges for e-cigarettes?
I lurk on the e-cigarette-forum sometimes and they discuss this in their smokeless-tobacco-section.
While e-smoking doesn't appeal to me at all, it seems that e-cigarettes form a far bigger market than snus (outside of Scandinavia, of course).
